This restaurant/cabaret is very hip and fun, but although it is quite charming, it lacks authenticity. The blue and white decor conjures up images of Normandy and the sea, but item that the restaurant is ski-in-ski-out, the beachy theme feels a little insincere. The cabaret normally happens outside, but we experienced the indoor version, due to snowy weather. It was quite amusing. The food was good, but I'm not sure I would rush back, because there are so many other great places to eat on the mountain and when it comes to mid-ski-day dining, I prefer authentic to cool.
