I came here for a business lunch and ended up spending almost two and a half hours eating non-stop. This cute little French eatery has been around forever, and has a very loyal clientele. After trying the food I can see why - the cheese plate was curated well, the French onion soup wasn't too salty (though there was way too much cheese on top), and my fried goat cheese salad was delicious and filling. Other tasty dishes: the polenta, french fries with truffle aioli, and tuna tartare. But the best part about the meal was the dessert (and coffee! They make great coffee): nutella cheesecake and a lemon brulee. I waddled out of there so happy...Recommended for:Foodies

If your looking at a place for a great Sunday brunch, this fits the bill. My wife, myself and fellow yelper Joey N went there for a brunch We always loved this place. Ever since my Sherman Oaks days I knew this place was a gem. Cecelia is the owner, and she always greets the customers with a smile.
We reviewed the menu and decided on the brunch special. It comes with an appetizer, the main course, and a fresh croissant. On the appetizer I decided on the brunch antipasti which is Smoked Salmon, cream cheese, hard boiled egg, and sliced toast. My wife decided on the fresh fruit plate, and Joey N decided on the brunch antipasto. They were all delicious.
After we devoured the croissant and the appetizer we had our main course. Joey N and myself decided on Eggs Benedict which is two poached eggs on an English muffin, with Canadian bacon, avocado and fresh tomatoes while the wife decided on the Poached fish filet. They were just as good as the appetizer and melted in our mouths. They were perfectly prepared, especially the poached egg.
Drius was our waitress and she was great. She took care of us. Parking is on Venture blvd or one of the side streets. Show owner comment »

This is a casual French place in Sherman Oaks that is great for lunch during the week or a Sunday brunch. The outdoor seating is nice when the weather permits. They've got a fairly standard French menu with all the classics, Nicoise etc. The creme brulee is not bad and the service is okay.
