Great atmosphere, service can be the worst ever. If you are into molecular food and have no experience, perhaps this may be a good try. If you are really into it avoid. Chef will not change menu items or sauces for people with allergies.

While we LOVE the cheap eats that Puerto Vallarta has to offer, this upscale Mexican restaurant is not what you'd expect. Take everything you know about local cuisine and forget it and have a memorable experience at La Leche.

    First to Review

La Leche is the most interesting, avant-garde restaurant in Puerto Vallarta and possibly the entire country of Mexico. Leche's completely white interior--walls, chairs, light fixtures-- serves as a broad, blank canvas for executive chef Alfonso Cadena’s colorful culinary innovations. New recipes and menus are written daily and food is whimsically served up in everything from mousetraps to toothpaste tubes.

Unique local and fresh gourmet international cuisine.
You can´t miss this rare Restaurant. The menu changes daily because it only serves what is fresh from that day.
    Well worth it!
