BEST MACAROONS IN THE WORLD. EAT THESE IF YOU DO NOTHING ELSE IN PARIS. Located in various parts of the city. We went to the one on the Champs-Elysees. Buy a sampler of all the macaroons. It’s pricey but sooooo worth it.

This is one of the most enjoyable neighborhoods of Paris. We ate dinner outside at Les Deux Magots, overlooking one of the oldest churches in the city. Unforgettable!

Really high end old school Tea and Chocolate shop. I'm told that this shop was founded by the court chemist and it's been here since 1800. The chocolates are fantastic and the teas are incredibly fragrant.

An awesome bar at night, with home-brewed beer if you like it. Also special because located in the "Saint Germain des Près" district, very animated! A lovely place but come early if you want to be seated.

Pixi et cie is a really charming little toy store near Saint-German-Des-Pres in the midst of all these art galleries. In a sense it's a little bit like a gallery, their stuff is so cute and awesome that I feel it's bordering on a museum. Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.

Nice & low key. There aren't any bad seats in the club. Great place to go with a date or friends. If you visit leave a piece of yourself behind by signing the wall beams.

Bar 3 was one of my favorite hang outs in Paris. It has a low ceiling basement with beautiful arches. It makes for a fun and different night out, if you're just planning to dance and have a drink or two.

Such a fun place! We frequented this bar when we were in Paris. Yes, it is a little odd to drink your cocktails out of baby bottles, but it lasts a little longer and it's so much fun! The cocktails were actually very good. When you sit down, the owner brings you a menu with a list of cartoon characters ...

Tucked in a smaller neighborhood in Paris, this LV store is a little more low-key and away from the bustle of the flagship store. The service here is just as good, but much less busy. I love this neighborhood as well!

This place is a madhouse, but you can scoop up all of your favorite expensive French cosmetics at a fraction of the price. It's a maze of brands, so make sure you see it all, and be prepared to wait on some serious lines. One tip, the line downstairs around the back (sort of hidden), is a sneaky way to ...

Next to the famous Café Flore in the heart of Saint Germain. This is a two-floor smallish bar with a tiny dance floor downstairs, opened by the same guy who brought us "Le Baron", and the "Hotel Amour". Sometimes feels like being stuck with twenty other people in a Austin mini Cooper, yet is usually a lot of fun.

The experience was much better than anticipated for one of the world's most famous landmarks. They even do free tours throughout the day in different languages. Definitely worth seeing and going into! ...

The Musée d'Orsay is impressive and mostly known for its rich collection of impressionist and post-impressionist works (probably, the largest in the world). The museum holds mostly French pieces dating 1848 and 1915 including furniture, paintings, photography, and sculptures. Its building is especially nice, it is the former Orsay railway station luxuriously renovated.
