This is one of the original hotels downtown that has not change much over the years. A lot of their slots still have the one arm that can pull. This is place is also accessible for person with disabilities. This hotel is one of the launching points for Freemont Experience.

Main Street Station Hotel & Casino

Main Street Station Hotel & Casino

    Class:
    5 reviews
Very Good! - 81% of guests recommend

Just off Freemont Street in Downtown Las Vegas sits the Main Street Station. I recommend wondering off the Freemont Street Experience and checking this place out. It is clean and bright, I know highly unusual for Downtown Las Vegas, but there you have it. They have their own brew-pub, worth checking out. Plus free parking, you pay $3.00 and redeem ...

Stayed here with a friend during CES 2011, it was very cheap for that time of year and their shuttle service took us to the convention center, no problem. So for CES, it's ok, I wouldn't consider it an option for an actual vacation.

Elara, a Hilton Grand Vacations Hotel-Center Strip

Omg a beautiful hotel. They upgraded my room and I received a room with full kitchen, bath with spa adjacent to the bedroom. Full living room with wall project that projects movies on a massive curtain, that lifts to reveal a view of the strip. The staff is amazing, and friendly. This has to be my favorite place I stay ...

Embassy Suites Hotel Convention Center Las Vegas

Embassy Suites Hotel Convention Center Las Vegas

    Class:
    6 reviews
Very Good! - 82% of guests recommend

This is one of the better Embassy Suites in the chain. It is right near the Convention Center (walking distance) and a short walk to the monorail that goes to The Strip. It is on Paradise, about 2 long blocks from Las Vegas Blvd (the Strip). The good thing is that it is a business oriented hotel with large 2 ...

    Tahiti Village

    Tahiti Village

    Class:
    5 reviews
Very Good! - 84% of guests recommend

We stayed in the Royal Tahitian Suite, which had two king beds, two sleeper sofas (one in each of two living rooms), two full bathrooms, and a full kitchen. The suite slept 8 people, two on each bed. The suite was pretty spacious, so people had enough personal space and were comfortable. Tahiti Village has a convenient location to the ...

Hilton Grand Vacations Suites on the Las Vegas Strip

    Class:
    4 reviews
Excellent! - 88% of guests recommend

This is a great place to be in Vegas, but not have to be in Vegas! Huh? Well, you are on the strip (the north end by Circus Circus), but there is no Casino here, but there are 2 towers of 27+ stories, a concierge, pool, parking garage, marketplace deli, but no on site restaurants. So maybe this isn't your ...

    Sahara Hotel & Casino

    Sahara Hotel & Casino

    Class:
    10 reviews

Ok so this place is shut down, but you can still walk by it. It sits at the North end of The Las Vegas Strip. Walking thru it is like excavating an ancient ruin, the trees are a bit overgrown, and the fences that have been put up keep the 1960’s esque entrance in pristine classic Las Vegas style (I ...

The Westin Casuarina Las Vegas Hotel, Casino & Spa

    Class:
    7 reviews
Good! - 77% of guests recommend

The pillows are amazing. You need a car though since it is off the strip, and there is no casino or any sort of fun here. It's quiet though so if you're here for business, it's a good change of pace.

Binion's Horseshoe Hotel & Casino Las Vegas

Binion's Horseshoe Hotel & Casino Las Vegas

    Class:
    5 reviews
Fair - 73% of guests recommend

This is one of the more upscale properties in Downtown Las Vegas, which is akin to being the finest deli in North Dakota. That being said if you want over the top glitz and glamour go to the strip, but if you are in the mood to kick it old school, come downtown. A couple of great features at Binion’s; ...

On my visit to the Element by Westin in my very own neighborhood in Summerlin I found it to be a very beautiful, chic, and modern hotel. Safe, convenient, inexpensive. I wasn't looking to pay for the glitz of the Strip hotels, but wanted something I could feel good about without the expense. I had a kitchen and saved money on constant restaurant food, which left me a lot more in my budget for shows, etc. Staff was friendly, hotel was well maintained, and I plan to ...

They are about to switch over to the new name of The D so I have no idea what to expect. That being said Fitzgerlad’s was never known as the Bellagio of Freemont Street. I do think that you should come to Las Vegas and if this is the only place available come anyway! Live it up, you are in ...
