    Las Vegas Hilton

Definitely not the Bellagio, but if you want to be on the strip and you're on a budget there's nothing wrong with this place. Roulette is roulette no matter what hotel you're in.

Stayed here once eons ago. Still remember the super colorful hallways, and the weird way to walk to the pool. The $2.99 prime rib special was a hit with the family back then. Fast forward to now. This place is old and well, not really worth visiting since they don't have $2.99 prime rib dinners anymore (semi-kidding). The casino floor ...

Rio is located off strip on Flamingo Road (over highway 15), I would not recommend walking to/from the strip. Take the complimentary shuttle that runs frequently to all the Caesar Entertainment properties (Harrah's, Flamingo, Caesar's, etc). Some rooms are renovated, some are not. You would have to request to stay in the renovated rooms. The older rooms are so out ...

The only reason to stay here is the POOL!! so obviously go in the summer. The restaurants are all mediocre, service is not great and the casino has bad ventillation. So bad that if you do step in the casino for 20 seconds you will reek from head to toe. I live in Vegas and have experienced a lot this needs ...

Love this resort because the front/ check in area is so fancy. I've only been here twice and twice was Christmas time where the decorated made me feel spirited. The casino is clean and new with up to date slot games. It's out of the way if you have to get in to the strip, but also away from the ...

Great inexpensive hotel that is still technically on the Strip, but its about 3-5 miles South of the furthest most Strip hotel (Mandalay Bay). The rooms are huge...HUGE...for what your paying for. And they are very nice. Plenty of parking available. They have a shuttle service to the Strip to drop off and pick up guests which is great saving ...

You know what? It's really not that bad for a $20 something a night hotel. The imperial palace is now called the Quad. I don't think it changes much aside from the name. They have dealertainers, who are celebrity impersonators who deal, and then once in a while when it is their turn, they stand up and sing the greatest ...

    Casino Royale Hotel and Casino

This place was, frankly, unpleasant. The casino, which takes up the entire first floor, is dark and densely packed with games. The way to the guestrooms is small and tucked away, and can be hard to find unless someone shows you. The property is not well cleaned and the staircases are especially dirty. The amount of foot traffic right outside ...

Was here to film a wedding for my wedding videography company. They have an amazing aquarium, a decent sized banquet room with a dance floor, projector, stage, screen. Good casino with lots of penny a lot machines, good buffet, low min tables, and a random outdoor sporting goods store for fishing... Kinda random but also pretty hilarious. They should take ...

Yes it is exactly what it sounds like. Hooters brand and women all over the hotel. Huge restaurant in the back of the hotel with plenty of TV's for sports viewing. The hotel itself is the old San Remo. The rooms are comfortable enough to get quick sleep and shower in. This isnt a luxury property. Its budget and that ...

I'm really torn about this place. The rooms and accommodations, quite adequate. The price, also excellent. However, it's off strip by a block or so and it's just far enough that you really need to cab everywhere... Also, it's non-gambling which means you have nothing to do when you head back to the hotel. The suite we got had a ...

    Fremont Hotel and Casino

I am judging this hotel & casino only by downtown Las Vegas standards, so don't expect this to be a three-star stay or a three-star time if you're used to the luxuries of the Venetian or Bellagio. Fremont is a very interesting casino in the sense that the rooms tend to be nicer than what you would expect (although not ...

This was perfect for my needs this trip. $119 1bdr suite w/full kitchen and free wifi, large jacuzzi tub in the bedroom, and built-in stacked washer and dryer. I saved a lot of money just going to Von's and cooking in the full kitchen several days, leaving more money for things like entertainment and gambling. Plus, I didn't have to ...

Lovely place. I stayed here for a business meeting and had a wonderful experience. It's slightly off the strip in a quiet area. No casinos and no smoking here. The rooms are tastefully decorated as are the rest of the hotel. it is still conveniently located right by a metro station, so you can always catch the train that will ...

I love the Chateau! Not only because I loved working here with great people, but because it offers a great product if you are looking for a limited service hotel in the heart of the strip that won't break your bank. Hotel rates may tend to be a little lower because it is a limited service hotel. There is no ...

Bill's Gamblin' Hall & Saloon -- TEMPORARILY CLOSED

    Hotel Class:
    3.5

Sometimes, when you are on strip, and just want to find a cheap, no fuss, gambling spot with decently low minimums, you end up here. It's VERY smokey here, so be warned. But, there's this little area with Elvis slot machines which is fun, and the table games are usually with $5 minimums and always full of rowdy fun people.
