Le Pain Quotidien brings Western European style bakery shoppes to the streets of Manhattan. Prepared to feel a little overwhelmed by the displayed treats and the different aromas of the baked goods and beverages fighting over your nose.Recommended for:Foodies

Every location of this restaurant is just great.
Charming, well done, and great for a break from shopping. A full-on meal I can't imagine having here although I've seen it happen on multiple occasions, but snacks and fourth meals? All day.
The one on 19th is my favorite in the city, however it's the Madison Ave. spot that Sarah got her first taste of a now favorite pastry. Ah the memories!

Le Pain Quotidien is a chain found all around the country, but it's really worth a visit. Great place to grab lunch if you're at the Natural History museum! I recommend the salads; healthy and delicious.
