I love Napoleon and his impressive place in history. His tomb is majestic and suitable to a former emperor. The adjacent property has a fine weaponry museum. Vets receive care there too. Combine The Eiffel Tour, Les Invalides and Rodin's Museum for a full day.

11, Avenue du Président Wilson. Has a pretty good collection; can be delightful and sometimes incomprehensible, but always cool. The spaces inside and outside are splendid, especially the peristyle and the courtyard, not only because the architecture seems to be in a strange juxtaposition of art-deco and fascist styles but of the view of the Seine.

Go to the flagship store on Rue du Faubourg saint honoré, to experience the opulent world of Hermes in it's original setting and go upstairs, to discover the amazing home collection, or to purchase a classic h belt, or an incredibly luxurious dog collar. Avoid the very front of the store on the ground level, particularly during tourist season, because ...

I love this place almost as much as I love Club Ozu. The location here is, well, incredible doesn't quite cover it. It's actually located underneath the infamous Pont Alexandre III. The atmosphere is great. My only issue when I went there was the DJing of Erick Morillo.

I felt that they reserved a lot of space and effort to host specific collections and really didn't think about building a permanent collection of the history of fashion itself - which I believe Paris would have a lot to add to, way back to the Marie Antoinette days, so that was a disappointment. If you must go, just make ...

If you're looking for an out-of-the-ordinary cultural experience in Paris, how about a visit of its sewage system? This is probably the last thing on your agenda if you're visiting on a romantic honeymoon, but the tour is very informative and even quite stunning at times. If you're traveling with kids, it is the sort of thing which is quite ...

This is a fun little toy store tucked away in the middle of a small street. Inside you’ll find characters from Snoopy to Asterix to Tin Tin. They have key chains and figurines galore.
