The name couldn’t be any more fitting -- come here to enjoy a long, drawn-out meal with a full view of the city from the Highlands neighborhood. Vegan or gluten free? No problem. Let the server know when you are seated and they will take care of you. Linger also has quite the diverse menu so there will be something for every palate in your party. Bonus: The majority of the menu is organic with a focus on sustainability.Recommended for:

What a weird and cool and totally 'Denver' place. Right in the middle of the newly hip LoHi neighborhood, Linger offers beer, cocktails and foodie-worthy small-to-medium plates of pretty fantastic fare. I tried the Pad Thai and the Mongolian BBQ Duck Buns. Yum! Bonus: In the warm months, there is a beautiful roof space that provides views of the city and the neighborhood to enjoy with your drinks. One of my new favorite places in Denver!Recommended for:
one of my favorite places in the city. amazing skyline view at night from their rooftop patio. Sister restaurant of Root Down. Interesting menu, great drinks, and cool crowd. Located in Lower Highlands minutes from our bungalow.Recommended for:

Walking out onto the 100-seat rooftop at Linger engages your senses: aromas of sweet sesame BBQ tacos from a food truck fill the air, while ahead lies an unadulterated view of the Denver skyline, with the Rockies in the distance. A line of thirsty hipsters forms at the walk-up window of a futuristic RV; they want a taste of the $5 happy-hour cocktails. It’s no wonder the rooftop is packed.Recommended for:
If you’re looking for a nice night out, Linger is known for their great patio and amazing view of Denver. They also have happy hour Tues-Fri from 4-6:30 on the rooftop up there during warm weather months. We can’t say enough great things about this venue. The food, décor, views, drinks, etc. are ALL awesome. They offer both “shared plates” so you can try a variety. However, if you prefer they have Entrees. Some of our favorite shared plates are Devils on horseback (bacon covered dates stuffed with goat cheese), Duck Buns & Pork Belly Buns, Waygu sliders (with gluten free buns), and short rib fried rice.
Located in LoHi, the Linger sign can be seen from most places downtown – the former Olinger Mortuaries sign has been adapted for all to see. Linger is best known for its amazing rooftop views of the Denver skyline. The majority of Linger’s food is served tapas style and is sorted by cultural region
Food lived up to the hype, street food of the world was a cool concept, the fact that the mortuary tables are the same as what you're dining on is a little creep-tastic, but def fits the theme of Denver weird (and don't mind the dessert menus in the shape of body tags). Area is super cute and there's a hopping ice cream shop next door with a line around the block.

Way cool. A new small plates restaurant by the owner of Root Down, one of denver's best. The concept is street food from around the world. The room(s) was beautiful, food and service great. it was very busy so make a reservation. There is incredible roof top dining. The owner Justin Cucci is a master!
