I love Local 360! Their pork chops are huge, moist, and tender. The lamb with glazed apricots was awesome. Their risotto was soft and fluffy, and their chicken and grits were made in an unexpected and delicious way. All the produce comes within a 360 miles radius of the restaurant (hence the name Local 360), and the farms as to where the produce comes from are listed on their chalkboard.

This is a meat lovers paradise, with a menu filled with beef, pork and more beef. But the mac n cheese is what will being me back.
Simply prepared, no chunks of bacon just egg shell pasta and the sharpest damn cheddar you will ever find.
Relaxed casual atmosphere.

Local 360 is a restaurant in the Belltown neighborhood of Seattle that is focused on sourcing their menu items locally when possible. This includes the many liquors available. Hence, the majority of the food ingredients are sourced within 360 miles of Seattle.
The food found here is American comfort food with a Northwest flair. If you are looking for a restaurant that shows off what the Pacific Northwest has to offer, this would be a good option.

On the advice of a fellow Gogobot Pro I gave this place a shot and I have to admit that I was glad that I did. The menu was unique to say the least, but I forced myself to go and I truly enjoyed it. I had the PB&J Bon Bons as a starter and the Poutine and Mac&Cheese as my main course. Everything was delicious - the PB&J Bon Bons were served with a shot of milk and enabled me to have dessert first and not feel guilty :-) The Poutine had a very rich flavor with braised short rib, rich gravy, and cheese fondue layer on top of fresh cut fries. The mac & cheese was also quite good. For a beverage I enjoyed a house bottled cola made with cane sugar which was refreshing. I liked that everything was locally sourced with the source identified on a big chalkboard and that the price was on par with other restaurants. In fact, I ate much better tonight and did so on a fraction of what I paid for dinner last night. Not only do I recommend this place, I have a feeling that I am going to become a regular once I move into my workweek pad right down the street next week.
