    The Milestone Hotel

    Class:

    6 reviews
Excellent! - 96% of guests recommend

A really old-school luxury hotel, the Milestone has great service, lovely rooms, and a location just off Kensington High Street. The service is almost over the top attentive (the butler offered to unpack my suitcase). Being a bit of a closet product junkie, I really appreciate the fact that they have Penhaligon's toiletries, as well.

    Sanctum Soho Hotel

    Class:

Very Good! - 80% of guests recommend

A funky little hotel in Soho, with a rarity in London, the city that sleeps...a 24 hour bar. The rooms are thought out in extreme detail, from the REN products to the half bottles of wine and jelly beans that greet you on arrival. In the smaller rooms, there is the diplomatically named "New York style wet room" which basically ...

    Myhotel Bloomsbury

    Class:

Very Good! - 80% of guests recommend

Myhotel Bloomsbury is what would happen if spirituality, hedonism, and modern design got together and had a baby. It's brightly colored, with buddha statues and a zen fish tank. The Merkaba restaurant has a typical Euro menu with Asian bar snacks. The location is quite good, in picturesque Bloomsbury, although if you're looking for a classic London experience of Georgian ...

    Radisson Sussex Hotel

    Radisson Sussex Hotel

    Class:
    3.5
    4 reviews

One of an absolute army of Radisson Edwardian hotels that has colonized London, the Sussex is by far my favorite. The decor is very well done Indian/Asian, with sitar playing statues in the lobby and colorful turban paintings in the rooms. The rooms are small, typical for London, but feel cozy and clean. The service is very accommodating to special ...

Ask for a room with a view of Hyde Park. Early in the morning you can look out and see people riding their horses. It is near a subway and has the great Hilton lounge for the executive floor guests (great for a fast breakfast, willed with very decent wines and nice appetizers before leaving for dinner.)
