the royal family residence. THE royal family residence, of course this is a must visit when visiting London. The building itself has gone through bombings and cheers and see so many faces of Londoners and visitors cheering and hailing to the past Kings and Queens. So much wonderful history and stories.Popular with

I lived within walking distance (something I did not even realise) until a friend took me to The Orangery. Which was fantastic. If you're going to do tea and scones, in London, why not at the grounds of Kensington Palace? The gardens are also spectacular in the spring, do not miss!Popular with

As a massive Doctor Who fan I was not going to pass up the chance to visit the Doctor Who Experience. It was a great setup - the first 20 minutes of the Experience is an interactive journey where the visitors help the Doctor save the day. More exciting for kids than adults overall but the part I enjoyed the ...Popular with

Fantastic german pub. Staff operate in english and german, serving fantastic traditional food, and have over a dozen german beers available. This is a great location to check out Bundesliga games. Possibly the next best thing to getting on a plane and heading to Deutschland.Popular with

Great little cinema that shows independent films as well as mainstream. It also has a function room and a large cafe/bar, with outside seating. One of my favourite spots to watch new documentaries: The cinema plays host to the Human Rights Watch documentary festival along with the Soho Curzon and the ICA.

I stayed in the neighborhood of Saint Paul's Cathedral twice when I was in London and it's one of my favorite parts of the city. Saint Paul's was designed during the 17th Century by Sir Cristopher Wren and its his masterwork. Of course Westminster Abbey is the more important of the two churches in terms of cultural import.Popular with

It very silly really. You can see why the critics didn't like it, but if you are human then you are probably going to like it. Queen fans will because the musicalisation of the songs is done very well: Brian May's heavy involvement making sure of that. But the show is entertaining anyway and the performances are great - especially ...

Do you like going to the movies but hate wasting your arts and culture budget on big, ugly multiplexes? The Curzon is the answer. Nice bar, indie/intellectual/arty film programming, AND it sits in the middle of Soho/Chinatown. Sure, the £4 bags of fancy popcorn (marshmallow and black pepper? really?) are a little much, but the schmanciness is a small price ...Popular with

To watch movies online for free without downloading is not just an urge erupted out of the sudden need of doing away with our daily humdrum of life but it is a desire borne out of the curiosity to know the new. A protagonist’s tussle with the big bad world has always been the core of almost all the action-adventure ...

Chance to go to a local's home and enjoy craft beer and home-cooked meals. The host has a very sophisticated palette and knows about the various beer styles and differences between Ales and Lagers, and more. http://goo.gl/LTj81s Menu: Starter Homemade brewer's bread with homemade rosemary butter, trappist cheese Chimay Grand Cru with homemade raspberry jam made with Kriek Lambic Paired ...Popular with
