This museum covers the history of London transport, from London taxis, Routemasters, the Underground, horsedrawn carriages, and more! It's fun for all ages & where I started my travel cufflink collection.

Nestled away from the bustle of Covent Garden, Hawksmoor is undoubtedly the best steak restaurant in London, with a cocktail list that beats bars across the city. A favourite Saturday night haunt.Popular withFoodiesLuxuryTrendsters

Not the best Mexican food I've ever eaten, but it's fun to finally have some Mexican options in London. It's a buzzing restaurant serving freshly prepared Mexican food. The staff is friendly and they're well-equipped for families and young kids - you should see their 'collection' of brightly-coloured highchairs! (The queue might look long, but it moves quickly!)Popular withFoodiesFamiliesBudget

It is a london classic for me... In the heart of Covent Garden...delicious food.. industrial decoration, fun concept, good service... The only negative thing about Belgo is; it is a bit expensive... But I enjoy it...Popular withBusinessVegetarian

If you're looking for the most British of the British, try Rules, near Covent Garden, London's oldest restaurant, having opened its doors back in 1798. Signature dishes at Rules are the classic game dishes and oysters, pies and puddings.Popular withHistoryLuxuryLocal

I haven't had a bad Wagamama meal yet. Covent Gardens branch is very similar to the others, its good, fast and pretty good value for London. The restaurant is in the basement of 1 Tavistock Street, but dont let this put you off. With friendly staff, fast service even when busy its a great place for a quick bite. Great place to lunch or brunch near LSE on Aldwych. Not cheap, but the food is excellent. There's also a coffee counter that does good cappuccinos and somewhat less good pretzels. Good place for a lunch date.Popular withLuxuryFoodiesLocal

Calling itself "a kind of Jewish deli" - Mishkin's is a fabulous place to have dinner in Covent Garden. Cute "diner" decor and a menu that has some American classics including Reuben sandwiches and Mac n' Cheese. Great cocktails too!

This is a fun grill-style bar located in the heart of Covent Garden that I used to frequent more regularly when I first moved to London. There's a happy hour until all day Sunday and Monday, and from 5pm to 8pm Tuesday to Saturdays.Lots of seating across two floors, but I'd still recommend that you book if you want to ...

A really good brazilian bar/lounge. I never had a dinner there, just some brazilian snacks "coxinha" and "pastel" (really good ones). Good price for entrance and drinks. They do many concerts, usually brazilian bands. A lot of fun the times I been there, there is a lot space to dance.

This place is tiny so you might not get a seat but they do have wifi and power points. But the coffee is amazing. If you get in early they have Almond Lattes using fresh almond milk made that morning. And the staff are awesome.
