    Intercontinental Los Angeles Century City

    Intercontinental Los Angeles Century City

    Hotel Class:
    4
    8 reviews

So one of my companies recently moved over to the Miracle Mile from Downtown LA, so tried my chances with Priceline. Before, in downtown LA, it was pretty easy to find $65-$70/night at hotels like the Millennium Biltmore, Marriott, and Westin Bonnaventure. Outside of that, everything seems to be a lot more expensive. I ended up with the InterContinental for ...

    Magic Castle Hotel

    Magic Castle Hotel

    Hotel Class:
    4.5
    6 reviews

A stay at this hotel will grant your family much-coveted tickets to the Magic Castle, which is not normally open to tourists. Kids can only attend weekend brunch, but the event is a fantastic show of magic, performances and great food. The youngest members of the family will also love other hotel amenities, including popsicles by the 24-hour pool.

Omni Los Angeles at California Plaza

Stayed here in the summer for E3. The breakfast was excellent, and plenty off it! There is also a nice, quiet bar where the staff are friendly and the bar snacks are plentiful. If you want to stretch your legs for an evening out, then there is lots of stuff to do in and around the hotel. Very handy for ...

I really love this boutique hotel located in the heart of Downtown LA. It was recently renovated and has an urban chic feel. It is clean, modern but not so modern that it feels impersonal. The restaurant/bar is full of trendsters but very cool with an easy feel. I can't wait to go back!

    Mr. C Beverly Hills

    Mr. C Beverly Hills

    4
    5 reviews

On the quieter outskirts of Beverly Hills, about a mile south of the fashionable streets of Rodeo Dr and the Golden Triangle, this boutique hotel strikes a perfect balance between 21st-century mod looks and classic Beverly Hills luxe style. Rooms have Old Hollywood decor. Ask for an upper-floor room (they're quieter) with a peekaboo view of the Hollywood sign.

    The Hotel Wilshire

    Hotel Class:

Never knew this hotel existed if it wasn't for a private event I attended. A cute boutique hotel in the center of the most busiest street in Los Angles, Wilshire blvd. It's very small and very intimate. There are no big signs, just a normal sign in the center of the entrance of the hotel. Valet parking is free if ...

Hilton Los Angeles / Universal City

Hilton Los Angeles / Universal City

    Hotel Class:
    3.5
    7 reviews

The Hilton Universal City hotel is very conveniently located, since it is right across the street from the Universal Studios theme park and Universal City Walk (an outdoor strip of businesses, which includes lots of restaurants, bars, shops, a movie theater, and sometimes live events). Universal Citywalk is not all touristy delight though-- locals quite often catch some live music ...

    Custom Hotel

    Custom Hotel

    Hotel Class:
    4
    7 reviews

This Euro-modern hotel would likely fit better in Germany than it does in LA. The moderately-priced standard “deluxe double” rooms feel like bachelor apartments (minus the kitchen) outfitted from Ikea, with abnormally low futon-esque beds and an exposed rod installed as the closet. They also lack some of the standard features I’ve come to expect--like dressers, desks, chairs, and coffeemakers. ...

A classic Hilton: great business facilities, comfortable clean rooms, a good restaurant and efficient service. Well looks like this might be a one star wonder for those bumped off their flights and in a pissy mood, but I have stayed here several times and never had a problem. Pehaps it is because I am a Starwood frequent guest and I get some upgrades? Nevertheless, I usually get a good rate of about $99 - $109 ...

    Sky Hotel

    Sky Hotel

    Hotel Class:
    3.5
    6 reviews

This modern, stylist and friendly boutique hotel is absolutely pleasant. The standard room is tiny, but modern and welcoming, and service particularly good. All, the basic breakfast, Internet & daily fresh cookies are great complements, though overnight parking ~ $11. Average restaurants and shops are in the area; however, major traveler’s attractions and the beach are within 10mins drive.

    Elan Hotel Los Angeles

    Elan Hotel Los Angeles

    Hotel Class:

    4 reviews

I stayed at Elan with some Euro friends, and we were all nothing but satisfied. In Europe, all hotels come with breakfast, so my friends expected the same here, even though I warned them that many US hotels don’t follow the same practice. Elan came through! Perhaps word has gotten around, because there were a disproportionate amount of Europeans there, ...
