This is a great place to take the kids. They have a blast you actually learn a little something too. There are lots of hands on exhibits. There is also a couple of fast food restaurants if you get hungry because you can spend all day there easily.

Great views over Los Angeles and the pacific ocean. Amazing architecture, great exhibits, and wonderful gardens. Check out their concerts. And another nice thing: you only pay for parking, the rest is free.

    The Grove

I genuinely like this mall as it's very clean and well maintained. As some other yelpers mentioned, it does have that Disneyland feel to it, which likely contributes to the overall charm and appeal. Complete with a wide array of shops including but not limited to Barnes & Noble, Nordstroms, and Apple, this outdoor mall has something for everyone. Now ...

This is one of my all time favorite museums. I love natural history. Learning about the creatures from the tar pits is awesome to me. I have taken my daughter here as well and she really liked it too!!! I plan on going back every year or two for her to check it out. They have a great link to ...

    Dodger Stadium

    4
    59 reviews

With the McCourts gone Dodger Stadium is returning to its historic status as a class act. Friendly people, better (but yes, overpriced) food selections and a team that is fun to watch. Parking can be a pain but if you park at Union Station ($6.00 per day) and take the free shuttle to the ballpark, the parking hassle is gone.

    Little Tokyo

This is such a fun area to explore in LA. If you love Japanese culture, food, products, or most importantly HELLO KITTY, this is a must-see if you're in the area. The stores are so much fun to check out, lots of Japanese characters clothing and toys, cute female clothing (can get pricey!) and very authentic food. Be careful what ...

So I have done a quick look at all of the Hollywood Sign hiking trails and it looks like most of you did the Hollyridge Trail... Consequently I think you just like the odor of the horsies... However I made the trek a different way, which was longer, only partially on the super wide paved service roads and sometimes charging ...

    Olvera Street

    35 reviews

The origins of LA began right here with the small cathedral and Olvera street which is street with Mexican restaurants with great Margaritas. Also mariachi bands, Horchatas and trinkets. Cross the street to the beautiful Union Station which is used for film sets - it's beautifully preserved with original art deco furniture and fixtures.

DownTown LA foodie paradise!!!! My favorite place to lunch on weekends!!! There are two ways to enter so you could come from either side. It's also walking distance to grand park if you want to check that place out...they sometimes have some sort of festivals during the summer or near Christmas. The only downside is that the bathroom costs money ...

Gonna try to make this review short: Hidden precious gem located in LA, walking distance to syrup dessert (yum) and Exchange LA. A cool place to explore if you want a taste of LA, love artsy interior design or if you're a book lover. Don't forget to go upstairs, it's my favorite part of the store! Try to show up ...

Natural History Museum of Los Angeles County

In my opinion, the weakest and least interesting of the museums in Exposition Park although at times its special, traveling exhibits make a trip worthwhile and its permanent "Becoming LA" exhibit makes any trip worthwhile.

Peaceful park with a great view of LA! I finally checked this place out during the hidden cash craze. My boyfriend and I had some time to kill so we drove to Echo park when the famous hiddencash twitter hinted where he's going to hide some money. The park is clean and I really loved walking around it. Parking was ...
