I was at this hotel shortly after it opened in the early 90's. The rooms are shaped funny because it has to accomodate the sloped outside wall. I stayed in a room with a king size bed not a suite OK. That means without getting on your knees, one cannot look out the window and there is a tendency to bang one's head on the ceiling. Ideal for short but if you are tall, not so good. Good proximity to MGM and others. Was a Very family orientated hotel when I was there.

My sister booked a room here for her bachelorette party and got some great specials with her M Life points. There was quick valet service, good maids, and lots of shops and restaurants. I had to eat McDonald's a couple nights after clubbing but hey, when you're hungry that'll do. LAX is in this hotel; had a REALLY hard time getting in, even after we were promised a guest list, etc.
The pluses, it's an easy walk to the Excalibur via the moving walkway. Nice staff and overall, had a great stay here!

I stayed here over the weekend a few weeks ago! They elevator going sideways is cool! Our room had an amazing view of the strip! The hotel itself is linked to Mandalay and Excalibur! I stayed in the pyramid! It is gigantic! The service was great. The only thing I didn't like was the BUFFET!! It was eh...

Bonggggggg.. i love that huge light they have at the top of this hotel, and the cool pyramidal design. However, shaping your hotel like a pyramid seems to waste so so so much space, and make things

I always love walking in this hotel. I have never stayed here, but I have spent some time in the hotel...Love the karaoke station, big margaritas, and the club!

Had a great time at the Luxor... Unfortunately the pool party was closed and that frustrated me a little but overall I had an amazing stay. The casino was fun!

This hotel was a great stay, i went for my 21st birthday and i really enjoyed the stay here the staff was amazing the pool was big and good to relax the only downfall of this hotel that its far away from everything and its at the end of the strip so trying to walk everywhere was kind of hard.
