I loved this place!
It was formerly a mansion that has been converted into a boutique hotel.
It only has 8 rooms and my family and friends had the whole place so that made it even better!
There is a rooftop garden that has a perfect view of the Acropolis.
The location is great 2 minute walk to Plaka and very safe.

An absolute gem! From the moment I walked in I felt like I entered another era, the Victorian feel of the staircases and hallways, with ornate mouldings, enhancing the ambiance. For a building built in the 1890s, it is amazing how well-preserved it is, and the modern touches are done in a way that blend with the old style. The wood floors creaked, adding to the old-style feel of the place, but the rich, bright colors and quality furnishings brought it up to date. The room was spacious with a very comfortable bed and a large bathroom with a tub (a definite plus in my book). Like most boutique hotels, this one has no pool, fitness room, bar or regular restaurant, but they do provide free WiFi and breakfast is served on the rooftop every morning. This is a great place to stay with loads of character.

This hotel is an original classic 1896 building with high ceilings, painted moldings and artistically painted hallways. Its like walking into some ones home, very warm and cozy. The spacious room had wooden floors, wooden bed and high standing wooden wardrobe closet. Wood, wood, wood everywhere! Room had a nice balcony with a view of the Acropolis, I loved the old worn feel of all the wood and those high ceilings really gave me a feeling of openness. The roof top restaurant sees to the Acropolis, breakfast and dinner alike is available, morning and night respectively, but the restaurant is closed in the afternoons. It’s location is great because it’s a minute from Monastiraki, plaka, Syndagma Square and Psiri which has a great variety of shops and restaurants unique to Athens. Fantastic place!
