My wife and I felt taken care of from the moment we set foot inside this terrific place. Main Street Station is on the south end of Breckenridge, which has a different feel and flavor than the north end. The north end gets you close to the base of Peak 9, the Maggie Pond area, and is the only part of the town proper that is truly ski in, ski out.

As the name implies, Main Street Station really is on Main Street, so all you need do is tip out the front door and you're on the main drag. Tip out the back door and you're a few hundred feet from the ski lift. This would be great for larger groups or larger families that didn't always like or need to go exactly the same direction as everyone else all of the time. Conference center facilities here looked first rate as well.

Service was first rate and sincerely so. Too often the smiles are there, but you don't necessarily feel the heart behind it. Here we did and it made an impression.

Even if the service had been lacking, the amenities, location, and rooms (ah the rooms!) would make up for it. They're detailed and beautiful. Hopefully the pictures we post will do them justice.

It seems like everyone in Breckenridge boasts the best condos, but Main Street Station by Resort Quest actually delivers. The two bedroom condos have two spacious rooms, each with its own master bathroom complete with two sinks and a giant tub, and just in case you have a few friends over for cocktails after a long day hitting the slopes there is even a third bathroom attached to the kitchen. The back balcony is really too small to be used for anything but still has a charming view of the courtyard below filled with ski and gift shops. Even if you slept in you would have plenty of time to ski since Breckenridge’s lift 9 was right across the property and ready to take you up to the top of the slopes. You could even watch skiers come in and out while relaxing in the massive outdoor pool shared with the Hyatt, the Water House, and the Marriott.

ResortQuest provided exceptional service at every turn.
This hotel is located on the same property as the Hyatt, but it is run by a different company.
You can walk to the ski lifts from Main Street Station, or if you are interested in seeing the town, you can catch the free shuttle out front which will take you all over Breckenridge.
The room had massive tubs with jets, as well as a kitchen and a small balcony. There was not room for anything but standing on the balcony, but the view was quite impressive.
The room we saw had a fireplace, as well as TVs in every bedroom and one in the living room!
Main Street Station has an outdoor pool with adjoining hot tubs. Both are heated to a comfortable temperature that makes being in your swimming suit in the snow something to write home about!
