A little more commercial than the tropical island getaway that you may be dreaming of but the nearby islands are charming and Majuro feels quite civilized if you've just come from some of the less developed parts of the region. Getting to the other islands requires a little bit of work -- they are all privately owned and require advance planning. Eneko is one of the easier islands to get to and is quite beautiful.

Hotel Robert Reimers is able to rent cars, etc. but everything should be planned in advance. They have few vehicles and aren't particularly adept / helpful when it comes to arranging excursions other than the one to Eneko.
