They must not be in wellness business. Its a very horrible place to visit. They will make you feel inferior, and that they only care for your money. The staffs are very UNPROFESSIONAL, INDIFFERENT, and very UNFRIENDLY. Everytime I visit here I feel sad because of the employees, nurses and some of the doctors here. They make you feel unwelcome and unimportant. You ask them a question and they answer back in a very annoyed way. The only nice people here are the guards.

Disappointed. Employees that do not need to have any long term encounter with patients are INDISCREET, UNPROFESSIONAL and IGNORANT. They look at what the patient is getting tested on in a very obvious manner and laugh about with other employees. If you ask questions, he/she will yell at you while other patients are nearby. Their Patient Relations office also does not work when it comes to complaints. They give you trauma and humiliation nicely wrapped and topped with a bow.

I would probably say I loved it, if it wasn't for the fact that it's hard to love a place when you're there because you're sick. Anyway, Makati Med was the hospital to go to whenever any Peace Corps Volunteer had an illness. It was a great place. It had plenty of places to buy coffee and it has a Burger King with wifi and mobile phone hookups. Despite being sick, it was actually a pretty awesome place! Also, Tim Tebow was born there!
