    Neptune's Net Seafood

    19 reviews

I'm surprised by how many people visit this place despite the high prices. Maybe because it's somewhat of an attraction after Fast and Furious put this place on the radar! They have a very big parking lot with quite a few spaces. And people come in and out of here so often that there is usually always spots available. They ...

    Nobu Malibu

    14 reviews

Yes, it lives up to its reputation. And I am one of the biggest sushi snobs, but I can safely say that Nobu is some of the best sushi in LA. Granted, the setting is a little ritzier being in celeb country, Malibu, than the SFV which is also known for its top notch sushi. But who wouldn't want incredible ...

    The Sunset Restaurant

    9 reviews

A hangout for Malibu locals, separated from the sand only by the two lane Westward Beach Road, Sunset Restaurant serves good food with live entertainment on some evenings. It's a great place to have dinner followed by a stroll on the beach watching the moonlit surf crash toward shore.

    Paradise Cove Beach Cafe

    10 reviews

I'm giving this 5 stars because the beach is so beautiful there. The food is average. Best bet is a sandwich or a hamberger. A great place to have a cocktail or glass of wine while watching the kids play in the sand. You can sit at tables out on the sand. There is inside dining as well.

Tough to beat the views at this Oceanside spot. Have read complaints about the wait staff attitude but our server was excellent. Food was great too! On nice day, make sure to hit the patio area. Valet parking is $7 which seems high

    Duke's Malibu

If you are a tourist visiting California for the first time, Dukes is a good place to go.. the restaurant has a small sand bar outside, nice if you want to experience eating al fresco. Food is ok, prices can be high for the quality of food.

    Geoffrey's Restaurant

Before becoming Geoffrey's this place was a resort where the rich and famous hung out. An oft repeated story is that this is where the Kennedy - Marilyn Monroe romance began. Today it is still a hang out for the rich, the famous and the occasional interloper like you and me. It is so nice to find a restaurant that ...

    Zuma Beach

    4 reviews

One of California's largest and most popular beaches, Zuma is known for its long, wide sands and excellent surf conditions. Wild dolphins are often seen playing close to shore, sometimes hamming it up for beach goers and eliciting their spontaneous applause.

    Coogies Beach Cafe

    4 reviews

I had a great time here with some friends and their kids. The kids ran around outside until the food was served. I had a burger, which was pretty darned good. The place has an airy and relaxed atmosphere. Highlight of the whole thing was seeing Mel Brooks, one of my all time movie idols. So I'll never forget my ...

    Plate Restaurant

    4 reviews

Plate is a modern restaurant on PCH serving creative and flavorful dishes that are mostly organic/natural. The wine selection is modest, service is standard, and the ambiance is minimalistic. It is good for lunch as dinner is overvalued.

Malibu and Vine Bar & Grill

    3 reviews

OK, so a lot of mixed reviews ... let me chime in ... We got a GroupOn, and I initially thought it was for the Malibu Family Winery location - not the case. But I quickly discovered, this was at the Malibu Golf Course. This to us was a POSITIVE, not a negative! Today we passed the Malibu Family Winery ...

Malibu Kitchen & Gourmet Country Market

The lines here are VERY long, and do not move quickly. It is worth the wait though - their sandwiches are fantastic (try the pulled pork). They have a separate bakery counter where you pay, which is an excellent marketing strategy since passing up the desserts on display takes some strong willpower. I had a rocky road bar (amazing), but ...

    The Sunset

Excellent cuisine and unbeatable views of the ocean just across the street. The menu is all upscale and exquisite, but the atmosphere is not as hoity toity. I had divine fish tacos, while my dining partners had scallops, mussels, prime rib, and organic short ribs - and every single one of us raved about our dishes. Dinner time is perfect ...

    Zooma Sushi

    2 reviews

The food at Zooma is fantastic. It is not located in the heart of a touristed area, so the crowd is mostly locals. The fish is extremely fresh, and the presentation is lovely. I have been a couple of times, and will go back again when I am in the area.
