    Duke's Malibu

    8 reviews

All about the location - on the water in Malibu. Good happy hour deals, child friendly. Hawaiian cuisine - food is just ok and service slow.

Great seafood spot next to the beach. Can get crowded on the weekends and orders can take awhile to arrive. But it's fresh and good! Outdoor seating available.

    Neptune's Net Seafood

    19 reviews

OK, everything is deep fried here, but this seaside institution has been serving up great seafood since the days of the beach boys and you still get that vibe when you come after a day on the beach for a great meal as the sun sets on the Pacific.

romantic get away. A beach where you can eat, drink and relax! Parking can be validated by the resturant but only up to 4 hours. Additional hours, you'll have to pay for it. A bit pricy, however, worth it!

I had a great time here with some friends and their kids. The kids ran around outside until the food was served. I had a burger, which was pretty darned good. The place has an airy and relaxed atmosphere. Highlight of the whole thing was seeing Mel Brooks, one of my all time movie idols. So I'll never forget my ...

Tough to beat the views at this Oceanside spot. Have read complaints about the wait staff attitude but our server was excellent. Food was great too! On nice day, make sure to hit the patio area. Valet parking is $7 which seems high

    Cafe Habana Malibu

If you make it to malibu, stop by the malibu lumber yard (shopping plaza, not an actual lumber yard) for some inexpensive cuban food. The orginial (and still my favorite) lives in NYC, but this california version does not disappoint. Walk around the shops in the lumber yard to see some movie stars.

Malibu and Vine Bar & Grill

My girlfriend had a wedding here. It was BEAUTIFUL. The outdoor venue was gorgeous for the reception. She did not have a ceremony. So no clue where they would have it, but I can see them having it around there because it's beautiful. The lighting and decor is also awesome. FOOD: Good food. The portions for the wedding dinner was ...

Malibu Kitchen & Gourmet Country Market

The lines here are VERY long, and do not move quickly. It is worth the wait though - their sandwiches are fantastic (try the pulled pork). They have a separate bakery counter where you pay, which is an excellent marketing strategy since passing up the desserts on display takes some strong willpower. I had a rocky road bar (amazing), but ...

    The Sunset

Located on the southern end of Zuma Beach, separated from the sand only by the two lane Westward Beach Road, The Sunset is a hangout for locals, serving good food with live entertainment on some evenings. A great place to have dinner followed by a stroll on the beach watching the moonlit surf crash toward shore.

    Zooma Sushi

    2 reviews

The food at Zooma is fantastic. It is not located in the heart of a touristed area, so the crowd is mostly locals. The fish is extremely fresh, and the presentation is lovely. I have been a couple of times, and will go back again when I am in the area.
