Granted, plutonomy is disgusting. A place like Marina Bay and its ultraluxury hotel and casino, the Sands, is by its nature a little repellent -- a playground for the ultra-rich. That said, the architecture of this waterfront corner of Singapore is astonishing, and a photographer's dream, with the Sands towers, the helix bridge, and the sharp glass highrises across the harbor creating a truly beautiful skyscape, particularly at sunset. It's a wonderful place for a stroll, and though the $20 pricetag to visit the Skypark atop the towers is a significant deterrent, the Marina is still completely worthy of a couple hours' exploration.

This is where you can see the symbol of Singapore, Merlion. Beautiful place to enjoy skyline of this modern city. Architecture in the Marina Bay are one of the world's best.

Hi frends! I am from Singapore and I would want to share that this is the pride of Singapore. Get high you above on the Skypark for a breathtaking windy scenic view of Singapore landscape. There are lots of actions around this area and it will be a great blend with our Singapore F1 formula event. A heaven for photographers, playground for the rich and a good atmosphere for families. Its impossible to miss this place when you are here. Take a river boat ride and indulge in the fine cuisines and more.Recommended for:Family Travelers

How magnificent! Looking back (in 1970s), land reclamation was carried out at this Southern tip of Singapore. Today, Marina Bay boasts a kaleidoscope of activities and developments such as Formula One Grand Prix, Marina Barrage, Singapore Flyer, Esplanade, Marina Bay Sands Integrated Resort, Clifford Pier, Gardens by the Bay etc.
Marina Bay is also developed to seamlessly extend Singapore's downtown district and further support the city-state's continuing growth as a major business and financial hub in Asia. State-of-the-art office space and transport infrastructure provide seamless connectivity for companies and the necklace of attractions continues during and outside office hours. The local community and visitors alike can enjoy the parks, waterfront promenade and attend the events and celebrations held at the Bay.
With restaurants and bars taking advantage of the spectacular views of the Bay, it's interesting to see slight variations of the view from the different locations. One of the most spectacular view of Singapore’s Marina Bay can be observed from the top floor of the Marina Bay Financial Centre (MBFC). Wine and dine al fresco next to the balcony of LeVel 33, this microbrewery offers panoramic views of the bay.
