While exploring the nearby madersa, my friends and I stumbled upon this hotel and had a very unique spa experience. I will warn you now, there is not a lot of consideration for modesty in the spa experience... and they will go where you might not expect them to, but you will come out refreshed and pampered!

18/20; Room 9/10, Facilities+dining 4/5, Service 5/5. Small (4 rooms) riad, not far from the heart of the medina. Restrained decor, leaving the building to speak for itself...which is a good thing because it is stunning. With a courtyard wide enough to let in copious light, and one of the tallest roof terraces in the medina, it is a lovely ...

I got married here. The place is absolutely breathtaking. It's quiet, relaxing, friendly staff. We had a pool villa, It was like a palace. They will bring you shisha (hookah) to your room. The food at the hotel was nothing amazing. I remember it being Thai & some moroccan. You should check out the bazaar if you want something authentic. ...

    Hotel Riad Marrakech Rouge

    Hotel Riad Marrakech Rouge

Very Good! - 80% of guests recommend

I stayed here on my first visit to Marrakech and I loved it. The hostel is an ancient Riad located in a meandering back street in the Medina (just what I was looking for). Basic, but comfortable, there's also a great roof terrace perfect for socialising and looking out over the roof-topped skyline. You can organise tours to the Shahara ...

The Four Seasons Marrakech is a newer luxury hotel, mixing 5 Star elegance with the perfect place to relax (try the excellent hammam). The staff is impeccable and make it their duty to have knowledge of guest necessities; it has been a pleasure working with them.

    Hivernage Hotel & Spa

Good! - 76% of guests recommend

Stayed at Hivernage Hotel for two nights in February 2014 and overall was pleased with my stay. It's located in the "new Marrakech," only a couple blocks away from the nightclubs and high end restaurants. The Medina is also only a 15-20 minute walk away. I would definitely stay here again, but a couple of things to note. First, from ...

We have clients staying at the Sofitel Marrakech before embarking on Regent cruises, and they all love it. The heated pools, excellent service and general environment makes this a great place to relax and calm yourself in the middle of Marrakech; a very hustle and bustle city.

Mediocre - 68% of guests recommend

Great hotel! Totally lucked out on finding this place! The rooms were ultra modern and clean. It was very much a design hotel, so if that isn't your cup of tea and you don't want to pay a little extra for it, I'd recommend going somewhere else.

After staying in hundreds of hotels large and small around the world, from grand palaces to modest hostels, it leaves and indelible impression on you when you encounter somewhere that’s really special. Riad Dar Charkia is just that. Anglo-German couple Michael and Lisa, who own and manage this place, don’t come from hospitality backgrounds but you can immediately tell that ...

My best experience in a hostel/hotel/any type of lodging.
