There was nothing extraordinary about this hotel at first glance, but that's not to say it wasn't nice. In fact, it was exactly what you'd expect from a Marriott with the word "suites" in the title. I visited on a random Tuesday morning, so it wasn't busy at all. Still, it was nice and clean and inviting. It's conveniently located right next to the highway, but the city noise disappears as soon as the glass doors shut behind me. It seems to cater to the business traveller, but it's not stuffy or cheap. The lobby bar and restaurant were so inviting I had to resist the urge to sit and have a drink. Well, aside from the fact it was ten in the morning...Recommended for:

This place was abuzz with activity when I arrived. Ladies milled around the lobby lounge--some there for a convention, others for a bachelorette party. The space was decked out in trendy, transitional furnishings and decor and the theme continued into the guest rooms. The living area in the suites trumped the bedroom by a longshot when it came to space, but the bedroom (separated from the living room by French doors) was comfortable despite the tight squeeze. The onsite restaurant offered views of the pool, as well as a bit of al fresco seating. The pool is a definite selling point for the space. Though it’s pretty classic in styling, the perfectly manicured landscaping makes the scene a picturesque oasis.Recommended for:
