showers are pretty sick! I mean, two water heads shooting me, one from the front and one from behind. It's kind of like that double spearmint gum: double the pleasure, double the fun. Ha.
The Marriott Grand Chauteau is located off the strip, in the middle, behind Planet Hollywood. Literally, a five minute walk from the strip. Unlike hotels on the strip, this hotel doesn't have a casino. I actually liked this because I didn't have to inhale massive quantities of second hand smoke whenever I walked into the lobby.
Service is pretty good. The bel boys were accommodating and always found us a cab, and/or took care of our luggage.
The room we had was a double room suite with two bedrooms, two king size beds, two couch beds, a kitchen stocked with dishes/glasses, dish washer, stove, and microwave. The beds were big enough to squeeze in three people, and the suite was large and comfy.
Pool and gym. Pool is on the rooftop but small. Theres also a small bar on top and enough lounge chairs to sunbathe or relax. Gym is fairly big, not huge. There's locker rooms, soft towels, yoga mats, stretch mats, free weights, 6 treadmills, 2 ellipticals and a few bikes. I also liked that they provide sanitary wipes to wipe down the machines. The machines are nice and are new. Each cardio machine has its own tv and head set sockets for u to plug ur headsets in.
Overall, I wouldn't mind staying again. I just wish they had a shallow end of the pool where I could lay down in the pool and tan.

A great option when staying in Vegas. The Marriott Grand Chateau offers 1, 2, and 3 bedroom suites. These suites are equipped with a full kitchen. The hotel doesn't have a casino, but it is located right on the strip! Very affordable. I've have stayed both using timeshare credit and booking directly. It is a great deal considering the quality and location!

Although this is slightly off the strip, this hotel is charming. When you drive up, you'll quickly learn they only valet. I'm not a fan of valets in general because there's a high potential for your vehicle to be damaged. I've seen it happen before and I've had friends tell me their horror stories. So to calm my nerves, I checked my vehicle before I drop it off and after I pick it up. Just tip well and you should be fine.
This is a smoke free and gaming free hotel so it's nice on the lungs. This is a timeshare hotel, so if you were thinking of purchasing, they have sales agents that are more than happy to assist. I've been on one of their presentations and I was actually surprised they weren't pushy at all. I've experienced pushy and it's just sad.
I loved my suite. I had a nice kitchen and I didn't have to worry about going home with dirty, smelly clothes since they have a dryer and washer available in the room.
Their pool is a tad small, but to make up for that, they do have a nice bar with a great view of the strip. I can't wait to stay here again.

This huge hotel consists of two towers and is still expanding. Plans are in the works to eventually add two more towers as well as a larger ground-level pool. The current pool is rather small but has a rooftop location with incomparable views, a bar, hot tub, refreshing misters and lounge chairs for everyone. The room was gargantuan, had beautiful and simple decor and a fantastic view of the Strip. The lobby is spread out and decorated in funky neon shades of green, orange and pink. Cucumber water is served there to guests. (Unfortunately, there was also a surprising number of male guests who felt at liberty to walk around without shirts--nowhere near the pool.) Valet parking is the only parking option and it can get pretty congested, but it’s also complimentary. There is no restaurant on site, but with the Strip such a short walk away and the 24-hour marketplace just off the lobby, there are plenty of options.

I love the Chateau! Not only because I loved working here with great people, but because it offers a great product if you are looking for a limited service hotel in the heart of the strip that won't break your bank. Hotel rates may tend to be a little lower because it is a limited service hotel. There is no meeting space, spa, room service, or restaurant, however, there are endless options walking distance. Directly across the street is Planet Hollywood (Miracle Mile mall side) and City Center. City Center is a collection of hotels, residences, spas, dining and shopping. There are standard rooms, and 1 or 2 bedrooms available. The standard room does not have a full kitchenette, but the 1 or 2 bedroom does (and these rooms also have a fancy German built in washer and dryer). The hotel is a vacation club ownership property (aka timeshare), however, if occupancy is low, they sell rooms to the public on the Marriott website or other hotel sites (like Travelocity). The rooms are nice with upgraded granite countertops, request strip view for awesome views of City Center and the strip. The roof top pool on the 37th floor is a little sad. It's a tiny waddle pool and has a small bar. Great views of the strip though, take pictures up here! Last I heard, guests can ask the front desk for a key to swim at PH Towers across the street (I'd call the Chateau to confim). PH Towers is Planet Hollywood's condominium living community which opened about 2 years ago-I like the bar at the lobby here. There is a courtesy shuttle that takes you to the grocery store, and somewhere else, I think Fashion Show Mall (I'd call the Chateau to confirm).
