My aunt demanded we go here because it is owned by one of her favorite chefs and it was absolutely delicious! Encountered a lot of new flavors of food that really amazed me. Excellent twist to American cuisine.Recommended for:

I had the blue pancake with duck BBQ to start - SO good!! Would have had just that for dinner if I could have! The veal chop was good but everyone else at the table had the pork and was raving about how great it was... guess I should have ordered that instead. The white peach margarita is very tasty.
WARNING: This place is IMPOSSIBLE to find. Our party of 8 arrived in three groups and everyone got lost! I had to ask 15 people for directions - no joke. Their website should seriously include a map!

Mesa Grill made me a Bobby Flay fan for life. All the menu items had a southwestern flair which was comforting, savory and unique at the same time, with just the right spices on it. It's a great place for lunch inside Caesar. My favorite things were the beef tartare and cubano sandwich.

Sat at the bar since the wait for a table was over an hour. But that was OK, I met some cool people to talk with and the bartender did a great job with recommendations on wine to pair up with my corn tamale and salad. Been here twice and can't wait to go back.

Liked it, didn't love it (the food). Service was lazy, as they don't really expect you to ever come back, much less come back and get the exact same waiter/ress again. But that has tended to be my experience at almost every "name" restaurant that added an outlet in Las Vegas after establishing itself in its home town.
