    Distrito Condesa

    Distrito Condesa

    3 reviews

Distrito Condesa's three neighborhoods, Colonia Condesa, Colonia Hipódromo and Colonia Hipódromo Condesa take me right back home to New Orleans each time I stroll through them. The blend of commercial corners on mostly residential blocks is exactly what Mexico City's young professionals seek out as they transition from weekend party animals into married couples and families. Condesa's bars and restaurants ...

    Casa Sirena

    Casa Sirena

    2 reviews

This is a rare bit of colonial style on Isla Mujeres--beautiful rooms with wood furniture and neat tiled floors. The building also has a rooftop bar with views around the entire island. But it really all comes down to the host, Steve, who is charming and mixes a mean margarita! (Seriously, pace yourself at happy hour!)

    ME Cabo

    ME Cabo

    Class:
    12 reviews
Good! - 78% of guests recommend

The uber-trendy flock here for the beach parties, the popular night club, and the luxe spa. It's not the best place to bring the kids, since it generally attracts a crowd that likes to party, and even rooms three levels above the club can catch the sounds from below. On the plus side, the views, fluffy towels, prompt service, and ...

    Villa Las Estrellas

    Villa Las Estrellas

    4 reviews

Villa Las Estrellas is a little beachfront hotel on Tulum's gorgeous beach. The six rooms and three freestanding suites all have ocean views. Rooms have thatched roofs, daybeds, hammocks, and white curtains blowing in the breeze. Tequila, the owner's dog, keeps an eye on the guests. Everyone who works here is helpful and friendly. A great midwinter escape.

    One&Only Palmilla

    Class:

Excellent! - 95% of guests recommend

Staff at this exclusive 175-room hideaway (a favorite of celebrities and the stealth-wealth set) get every detail right, from unpacking upon arrival to arranging a lunchtime cooking session at a local mountain ranch. Readers particularly praised the location—at the dramatic point where the Pacific Ocean meets the Sea of Cortés on the tip of the Baja Peninsula—as well as the ...

Wow! Over the top! This is the finest Four Seasons I have ever had the priviledge of staying at (and that is saying a lot).....unbelievable. If you can only come for lunch (by reservation only), it is well worth the trip from Puerta Vallarta.

Very Good! - 83% of guests recommend

I fell in love with this hotel the moment I walked into the lobby--a glass wall provided sweeping views of the pacific. It's located in a very quiet area away from the nightlife and restaurants, but the hotel provides shuttles into town. The circular infinity pool is awesome. You are not allowed to swim in the ocean because of the ...

Known as an especially private and elegant resort, the Banyan Tree even has outdoor (and indoor, if you prefer) bathtubs. What better way to enjoy the glorious Mexican weather than a leisurely soak al fresco?

I've stayed her five times and loved it. Perfect location...right in the heart of all the action but you feel like you are a world away. Great swimming beach with gentle waves plus the lagoon with the dolphins view rooms. Bear in mind that Dolphins are noisy creatures that splash and communicate even at night. For a week, my fiance and I lived like the one percenters, indulged in very luxury possible. This place is heaven on earth, and we were bathed in warm hospitality at each step. Ritz-Carlton Cancun

    Class:

Excellent! - 91% of guests recommend

I really like the Ritz-Carlton Cancun. I mean REALLY like it. If I weren’t trying to maintain some type of professional composure I would dare say I love it. I’m the kind of guy who likes either really bare-bones, economical hostels or over-the-top opulence. The Ritz obviously embodies the latter. Something about polished marble floors, dark teak wood decor and ...

Right on a tree lined street in trendy Polanco, the W really fits in. Convenient to restaurants, coffee houses, and parks, this location is the reason why I chose to say here. I just stayed at the ME Cancun last week. The facility is beautiful and the beach is amazing! The Complete Me program has restrictions on the type of alcohol included and the times that you can have inclusive drinks. When we ...
