Nice shopping centre in East Palo Alto. the MPFC is a Mexican food store where food goes for relatively affordable prices! Don't forget the cafe too where you can get authentic Mexican Food.

For the Asians: think Marina Food or 99 Ranch but Mexican...plus cleaner facilities.
Upon stepping into the store, I couldn't take everything in. I felt like I had stepped into Mexico. The hot deli counter to the left, with fresh produce, to the meat section to the seafood section in the back and packaged foods all in the middle.
I heard about the marinated meats (the prepared chicken was perfect for BBQ-ing). When I saw the deli though, I felt compelled to try the tacos and boy did I LOVE it. We got a sampler set of 3 tacos: a pork, a beef, and a beef tongue? Each came with a different salsa, lime and radish. DELICIOUS. Perfect snack for before shopping. Can't wait to try their other stuff.
I also loved their salsa deli bar. 4-5 different salsa, creams, yogurts, delightful. I also saw their oyster sets! How awesome!

I am not a good enough cook to be able to take advantage of the exotic fresh produce from this Mexican supermarket. I come here only for one thing - Their awesome corn bread! Moist, buttery and loaded with corns. One bite and I was addicted. Can't find these goodies anywhere else so I will definitely be back.
