Great place to spend an afternoon. Bring a picnic and spread out on the lawn. Unless of course there's a free concert going on there, in which case you're in for an even better treat. "The Bean" and the "Water Towers" in the park will delight anyone of any age.

One , if not the biggest tourist attraction in Chicago is the infamous " Bean", but with good reason! The Bean who's real name is " Cloud Gate" in a now legendary part of Chicago and a great way to see free art, as well as a distorted and mirrored view of the Chicago skyline.

Millennium Park is absolutely what make Chicago great. The vision that they had in creating so much public land near Lake Michigan was brilliant. Even if you'd outlive in the city all the CTA converges at millennium Park so you can get in and out with no fuss. It is an absolute must-do regardless of the time of year.

You can't come to Chicago and not go to Millenium Park. There are awesome photo ops here! The famous Bean sculpture reflects the beautiful downtown skyline, always changing faces on the waterfall are mesmerizing to watch and the summer classical concert series at the Jay Pritzker Pavilion, designed by Frank Gehry, is free and a wonderful way to spend a Wednesday, Friday or Saturday evening.

Check out the famous bean structure at Millenium Park as well as the constant changing faces on the fountain here. In the nice warm summer nights they have concerts in the pavilion where you can also bring a picnic and have dinner while listening to some great music. In the winter, you have to go ice skating at the rink at least once.

Millennium Park is beautiful and modern looking park with an amphitheater. The park has some modern looking and futuristic artworks on display. Probably one of the most popular art works that you will see here is the Cloud Gate sculpture also known as the Bean. It's an artwork not to miss.
