Miller's East Coast Deli

1725 Polk Street, San Francisco, CA 94109, United States

Millers always provides extremely great service. During my first visit, I had a delicious smoked salmon bagel sandwich, served with crispy deli pickles. I came again for breakfast and had a potato pancake dish that was quite tasty. Millers isn't cheap, but the portions make up for it. My second visit featured a roast beef hoagie that was really two ...

Great shop in Russian Hill that is a mix of a cafe, sandwich shop and specialty food store. There is an outdoor seating area along with a sort of bar inside. If you're looking for a sandwich and are in the area I highly recommend checking it out.

Had no plans during Cinco de Mayo last year, so my group visited a friend who happens to be bartender here. The cocktails are awesome! My favorite is their strawberry basil one. It was something off the lines of that. I'm not one to venture out much into SF at night, but this would be a place I'd recommend.

Yes I know it's very San Francisco to drink mimosas while watching football but if they are $3 all day I might even watch a Cowboy's game here--wait I don't like mimosas THAT much.

    Whole Foods Market - Franklin

0.21 mi from Miller's East Coast Deli
    4 reviews

A very neighborhoody Whole Foods located at the corner of Franklin and California. It's smaller than most, so you can expect crowds during peak hours, however I've been coming here for years and it's never too bad. You won't find the advanced queueing system that newer Whole Foods have, though the staff work pretty quickly. There's a Steep Brew cafe ...

    Kozy Kar Bar

0.1 mi from Miller's East Coast Deli
    5 reviews

The Kozy Kar appears to be a neighborhood dive bar, but with a weird twist. On all outside appearances, it seems like a normal bar but once you enter you'll realize it's not. There are a few booths and one that's actually a car. However, that's not what I'm talking about, they seem to play hardcore porn all over here. ...

My band, Festizio, is about to perform here for the third time. A fun venue between the posh side of Polk and the more hipster, Red Devil Lounge hosts a variety of acts from indie bands to Vanilla Ice. It's a fun place where anything goes, and the drinks they serve are as wild as their line-up.

Darts? Check. Shuffleboard? Check. Billiards? Check. Arcade basketball? Check. Skeeball? Check. Friendly bartenders? Check. What more can you ask for? After a lot of back and forth discussion, my friends and I decided to venture out to the Nob Hill area on a Thursday night. Surprisingly, it wasn't that crowded which was fine by us. Just a fun divey bar ...

Japantown is calming, open, and clean, compared to the hustle and bustle of Chinatown. While there's lots of azn stores and restaurants in the Japan center mall, they all offer the same things. Most of the restaurants all serve noodles, combo dishes, sushi, okonomiyaki (yum), and teppanyaki kind of food. There's also some Korean restaurants, and cute little cafes. There's ...

I did not visit the City Hall until very recently for close-to 20 years I lived in this city. While surrounding area needs some cleaning up to do, architecture and interior is magnificent. The rotunda is beautiful and it is very well maintained. The famous staircase is very popular among those who get married there.
