Millers always provides extremely great service. During my first visit, I had a delicious smoked salmon bagel sandwich, served with crispy deli pickles. I came again for breakfast and had a potato pancake dish that was quite tasty. Millers isn't cheap, but the portions make up for it. My second visit featured a roast beef hoagie that was really two ...

One of the best wine bars in San Francisco. Plenty of glasses below $8. Huge pours and a great happy hour. This place tends to get a bit crowded, so you'll want to come early or during off hours. It's no surprise, really, because it's a great place to lounge with friends or a date!

Great shop in Russian Hill that is a mix of a cafe, sandwich shop and specialty food store. There is an outdoor seating area along with a sort of bar inside. If you're looking for a sandwich and are in the area I highly recommend checking it out.

A very fun bar to go with a good group of friends. Its a little small and crowded but I always manage to have a good time there. Polk is a fun place to bar hop and Shanghai Kelly's is a spot that should not be skipped.

Had no plans during Cinco de Mayo last year, so my group visited a friend who happens to be bartender here. The cocktails are awesome! My favorite is their strawberry basil one. It was something off the lines of that. I'm not one to venture out much into SF at night, but this would be a place I'd recommend.

The Kozy Kar appears to be a neighborhood dive bar, but with a weird twist. On all outside appearances, it seems like a normal bar but once you enter you'll realize it's not. There are a few booths and one that's actually a car. However, that's not what I'm talking about, they seem to play hardcore porn all over here. ...

Wreck Room is a fun bar with great beers on tap and capable bartenders. What makes it notable are the games in the spacious bar, from shuffleboard to billiards. Unfortunately, peak nights pack this place in with rowdy crowds, making this bar a no-go for my friends and I. On a weekday, however, it's quite a nice place to spend ...

Cafe Meuse is a European-style cafe and wine bar located on Hyde Street in Nob Hill. It's great for happy hour (5-7pm every day), when guests get $3 draught beers and $2 off wines. one of the "Must visit" when you are visiting the city, especially if it's your first time, it's one of SF symbols. You can take one of the cable cars and stop at the top, most of the drivers are used to tourist going down to take some photos and coming back.

Union Square is the nexus of SF's significant tourist economy: the swank hotels, the chic department stores and clothiers, the art galleries that neither you nor anyone you've ever met could possibly afford to buy from. It's a place absolutely saturated with all the trappings of upscale tourist zones the world over. Even so, there's a real beauty to walking ...
