Located inside the Carlton Hotel, the Millesime restaurant is reflection of extended class from the hotel lobby. They are mainly known for their seafood cuisines and do a great job at being known. I recently had the Chatham Codfish entree which I can't stop boosting about. The cod was fluffy, delicious, and laid over a tasty bed of rice surrounded by a light savory moat of clams and coconut sauce.Recommended for:

Substitute the Seine for the Hudson, and you could be in a Left Bank brasserie; Millesime’s ornate crown moldings and red banquettes hearken back to those 1920s Hemingway haunts.
