    Lake Oswego

    Oregon, USA
    6 reviews

Lake Oswego is one of the nicer areas surrounding Portland. Very good schools, very nice community, very good place to grow up. While it doesn't have a huge nightlife, it's quite peaceful.

    Portland

    Oregon, USA
    246 reviews

From the moment I first stepped off the plane, for me, Portland felt like home. The city is youthful, progressive and forward thinking. It's edgy like Brooklyn yet West Coast laid back. People are open minded and kind. People here are trying to create new ways of living and relating to each other and the planet. I've heard from many ...

    Tigard

    Oregon, USA
    4 reviews

Tigard is like a suburb mushed between Beaverton and Lake O. It's definitely something you pass through but might not even notice when you do. Also, because it's a main artery for a lot of roads, it's a pain to drive through at certain times.

    Aloha

    Oregon, USA
    2 reviews

Aloha is probably one of the more "worn down" suburbs west of Portland. It's not as ideal as Beaverton, or rural as Hillsboro. Just in-between. You'll find yourself going to Portland a lot if you live here.
