The restaurant is brightly decorated, light colored and beautiful. There is a lounge area and a bar for waiting if you arrive before the opening time. For starters, we had the special for the day - salmon tartare and beef carpaccio. The tartare is amazing, definitely my favorite dish of the night, the refreshing flavor of the salmon mixed with the deliciously creamy avacado, drizzled with a light oil/vinegarrete sauce, what a perfect marriage of ingredients. Absolutely delightful. The beef carpaccio was thinly sliced with a good amount of croutons and herbs, I love how the intense flavors of the Parmesan cheese adds to the delicate flavor of the carpaccio, it would have been more perfect if there was less olive oil on it. I got the salmon risotto as the main dish, could not resist. The salmon was perfectly cooked, the skin slightly crispy and the meat cooked just to the perfect degree to be tender but not raw. The risotto is less creamy than I'd like but still delicious. For the dessert, I got the lemon posset, perfect balance between citrus and sweet, smoothly blended posset, perfectly creamy and well balanced with the delicious fresh fruits and dessert crumbs. Yum.
The only negative is that the bar is directly behind the diners and it can get quite loud if you are sitting very close.Recommended for:Foodies
