Mitsuwa is the place to pick up all your Japanese groceries. They also have a good selection of restaurants in their food court if you want ramen, udon, takoyaki, mochi, etc. Once a year, they have a food fair where they have lots of food stands that serve foods directly from Japan (Tonkotsu Ramen, Marion's Crepes, and more!).

I am so in love with this Mitsuwa Marketplace. I actually deducted one star because I don't really like the grocery store itself but I love the food court and all the other businesses inside. The grocery store itself is large but doesn't really have a good selection.
I like the daikichi items that they sell outside of the checkout area. You can pick up trays of sushi or get your own box and pick out pre-made rolls. There are so many different kind but my favorite has to be the spicy tuna.
On weekends, there are quite a few samples given out on ramen, soup, okonomiyaki, etc. They also have vendor stands like Kikkoman, selling all their items on sale. Those stands also sample out food made with their products.
The best part of the entire place is the food court. You can get authentic Japanese food really fast with a very reasonable price. Since there are quite a few vendors, you have a large variety of food to pick from. The wait isn't bad for most except the ramen place. There's a huge line the whole time. Most people come for the ramen so that makes sense.
Parking is aplenty. There is an underground lot on the side of the market too in addition to the huge lot.
