The park is basically a no fishing zone right off the shore where there are about six snorkeling stations set-up inside the reef. You hire a boat to go around to some of them and jump off and check out the wildlife. Most of the coral is dead, but there are enough bomies to keep one busy for the day, and it is possible to see some pretty big schools of fish, giant groupers, and some cool things like lion fish and cleaner shrimp.
If the tides are right is it also possible to go outside the reef, which is deeper and better for diving. However, around April there are whale sharks to be seen, and it is also possible to see humpbacks, sharks, and turtles.Recommended for:
