    Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth

    Fairmont The Queen Elizabeth

    Hotel Class:
    4
    10 reviews

Not the nicest Fairmont hotel I've been in, but a Fairmont nevertheless. A bit outdated but conveniently located in the center of Montreal. It's best known as the site of John Lennon and Yoko Ono's most famous bed-in. Make sure to register for the President's Club (free membership) to use the complimentary wifi. Otherwise, you'll be spending $16/day. Also, to ...

Classic old luxury hotel in the heart of Old Montreal. Very nicely appointed and comfortable rooms. Staff was hugely attentive! HIgh likelihood of celebrity sightings (we saw William Shatner).

This is the place to stay when you are in Montreal. I was greeted when I first came in, and and invited to the SPG Elite drinks. Concierges will go *above and beyond* for whatever you need, they were very helpful in getting items we needed for our meeting there. Rooms are generally fab, and however full the property may ...

Laura and I had a nice stay here. The location was great for our first exploration of Montreal. The room was well equipped and very comfortable and the staff were very helpful. Our only disappointment was that the pool closed earlier than we would have liked and was pretty small.

Although the hotel was under construction, everything was well run and under control. They offered me a choice of several things to make up for the construction - I chose the 1000 points. My room was nice and clean. The bar is open until midnight. Love that the hotel is above the Complexe Desjardin - very convenient, especially if you ...

    Hilton Montreal Bonaventure

    Hilton Montreal Bonaventure

    Hotel Class:

    4 reviews

If unusual architecture is a passion for you, the Hilton Bonaventure might be an interesting hotel to consider; the hallways branch out in several directions with and on different levels, which is both pretty cool and occasionally disorienting to find your room, but I liked it because it was fun and different. They offer a heated outdoor pool accessible year ...

    Hotel Nelligan

    Hotel Nelligan

    Hotel Class:

The Hotel Nelligan is right in the heart of Old Montreal, with old world charm and service. The 6 story building is brick with a nice facade, and the interior has been remodeled with washed brick and wood accents. The rooms are decent sized and furnished handsomely with understated luxury. There is a small bar and dining, and most room ...

    Le Saint Sulpice

    Le Saint Sulpice

    Hotel Class:
    4.5
    3 reviews

Here, it’s all about the rooms. The hotel itself maintains the characteristic i’ve seen in a lot of the hotels in Old Montreal that have been built within heritage buildings, but the rooms really do offer a little more. Offering only suites Le Saint-Sulpice provides a spacious living environment with things I really appreciate, like a fairly complete kitchenette in ...

    Opus Hotel Montreal

    Opus Hotel Montreal

    Hotel Class:
    4.5
    3 reviews

Hotel Opus located directly on Montreal’s Main is a stylish boutique hotel incorporated into the historic building built by Joseph-Arthur Godin in 1914. In my opinion it’s a great place to host trendy events; the St-Laurent street balcony is roughly 6000 feet and is prepared to host an open air or tented event, additionally the street level lounge below it ...

    Auberge du Vieux-Port

    Hotel Class:

This is a charming hotel, small and quant with a warm feeling; you almost get the intimacy of a cozy small town bed and breakfast, but that’s just a first impression because as you explore you find so much more. Recently expanded into the neighboring building, the Auberge du Vieux-Port offers a new and classic option for guests. The old ...

    Chateau de l'Argoat

A charismatic little bed and breakfast located in the eastern part of the downtown area, this little spot offers a lot of character and charm. Each of the rooms is decorated differently, some options for a quiet stay in the city, others look a little more regal and romantic, but every room is clean and quant. In the morning guests ...

    Hotel Le Crystal

    Hotel Class:

I’ve never had high tea before, but if I were so inclined, hotel Le Crystal seems like it would be an ideal venue. It would not seem out of context to see a group of ladies sitting by the large street view window below the massive crystal chandelier, their arms covered in long white gloves grasping a biscuit and nibbling ...

    Hotel de la Montagne

If the characters of a Midsummer Nights Dream, Moulin rouge and Scarface teamed up to make a hotel, it might look a little like the lobby of Hotel De La Montagne. Now depending on your perspective this may sound gaudi, but you would have to admit it has a certain charm. I’m not sure if it was the spinning sprite ...

If you’re a business traveler, especially one that lives in hotels for more than a few days, the Square Philips is a good bet, if you’re a family spending the week in Montreal, it’s a great bet.
