After you've spent a morning or afternoon at the beach or maybe cycling around gorgeous Coronado island, take yourself back in time to this old-fashioned ice cream shop. All of the homemade flavors are creamy and delicious on their own, but if you get 'em heaped up in a hot fudge sundae in a waffle cone, oh boy. They'll mix in any candy, nuts or other fun flavorings that you want. Fro-yo and sorbet available, too. Fun!

Moo Time offers fantastic flavors in the Hotel Del. The cost is very pricey for a small scoop though- +$7/scoop! Two kids were $15~ although tasty, I think overpriced.Recommended for:Family Travelers

One of the little shops found in Hotel del Coronado. Small but the smell of freshly made waffle cones was what invited me in, calling my name. It's a quaint little shop of ice cream and few frozen yogurt flavors. They also have a frozen marble slab where they can add a mix-ins you choose to add to your cone or cup.
