I was looking for a solution for my 2 nights stay in NYC. I really needed a hotel which was located in Manhattan for this short stay, however I found out that the hotels were either extremely expensive or cheap but extremely low quality. I was really happy when I found this hotel because there rate was acceptable while providing a really good quality. The hotel is located near Central Park which is very convenient if you want to walk there and you could reach Times Square in 10 minutes on foot. The hotel room was small but had everything I needed and it was clean. The hotel has a terrace bar on the roof and the view was priceless. I would choose this hotel again.

Comfy, spacious rooms- the suites are worth it. Though the location, on a quiet stretch of Madison Ave in midtown, is not thrilling, it's definitely convenient and good for those wanting to avoid the frenetic nature of hotels located a few more blocks uptown. Morgans is cool and modern, but it's also quiet and relaxing, making it a great choice for solo travelers or those on business trips.

I like this hotel because it is small, cozy and private. I like the location as well. 4 to 5 blocks from Grand Central. The complimentary buffet is great! Skip the over priced Asia de Cuba restaurant...it has seen better days and not worth the money.

Whoa lots of hate on this hotel which I actually thought felt comfortable and unassuming. I was a fan of Morgans (maybe I'm mistaken?) as a chain, so I thought this was a worth while place since I really enjoyed the 'Morgans' chain.

The hotel restaurant is some odd combo fusion food place, but its actually not too shabby for room service considering I'm used to seeing steaks, burgers and kids meals being staples of the room service diet.

The location is fantastic and the staff is really friendly and the bell desk is EXTRA helpful even if they know you don't really want to tip them. Eeks.

Morgan's is probably also one of the cheaper hotels you can find great rates for in New York so I'd highly recommend you look here first since it can sometimes be cheaper than the chains like Hyatt, Westin, etc.

The Morgans Hotel is a super modern and hip hotel. It houses Asia de Cuba, which is a see and be seen, fusion, modern restaurant.

I loved coming here for drinks. In my view, New York City hotels boast some of the best bar scenes, kind of like Vegas but not quite that obvious (in Vegas, you have to be in hotels to do anything) since there are plenty of other options.

The Morgans is a very cool boutique hotel in cool part of New York. It's very unassuming from the street, but the amenities and luxury of the lobby and rooms are definitely felt.

The rooms are an average size for a New York hotel (which means small for most people.) But the decor and the layout of the rooms really opens it up.

I wouldn't recommend spending hours in the room (you're in NY!) ... but it's comfortable enough to relax when you get back in the evening.

Like other boutique hotels, they do a great job at making you feel at home ... almost like a B&B but with a sense of class and luxury at the same time.

I'll definitely be staying at the Morgans hotel again on my next trip through NY.
