This place turned out to be the best sit-down restaurant we visited during our stay in Hoi An.
It is located in the "happening" part of the town, near the main bridge to go to night market. The restaurant is fairly big and has multiple levels, so it can accommodate a large number of customers.
Best of all, the dishs are authentic and excellent, yet reasonably priced compared to other fancy restaurants. We liked spicy clam soup, grilled squid on stick and bunch among other things. The fruit drinks were also really good and refreshing.
For dessert, there is a nice cafe across the street with a good selection of cakes, pastries, and other sweets.

I had read great things about Morning Glory before heading to Hoi An. Then when I got to town, I found Morning Glory was one of the few restaurants listed on the hotel's map. Then I started hearing about it from other local businesses. Pretty soon I am beginning to wonder whether it could possibly live up to the hype. My family & my brother's family (8 of us in total) had already spent a week in Vietnam by the time we went to Morning Glory and we had had plenty of great meals. Still, despite all of the hype, we really enjoyed our dinner at Morning Glory. The food is fantastic, the service is great and they are very good about making recommendations and helping you decide on or between dishes. The restaurant itself is lovely and the location in downtown Hoi An is great. In short, believe the hype and check it out.Recommended for:Family Travelers
