Steak House1200 Brickell Ave, Miami, FL(305) 400-9990, "Melt-in-your-mouth" beef "prepared as ordered" is the rule at this "high-end steakhouse" chain with "impeccable" service and "clubby" "dignified surroundings"; "credit cards cringe" at the mere mention of its name, but it's worth a "splurge" for "special occasions" Of the high-end chains definitely the best steaks, served unadulterated, no crazy rubs or seasonings, just great steak. The "menu presentation" is fun once, but give your server a break and pass on it otherwise.

The atmosphere and style of the restaurant was classy. The waiter brought out a trolley of steaks and went through each cut and what the difference in taste was. All this was very impressive, but we hadn’t seen any menus before we had had the whole presentation. Needless to say when the menu did arrive the prices were very expensive, but as we were hungry and had been lured in by the clever presentation we decided to order. The steaks were wonderful and the side dishes generous, but the bill was hefty at the end.
