Mount Moriah is Deadwood's historic cemetery. It's located on top of a steep hill and can be reached by walking down Lincoln Street. The most famous tenants here are Wild Bill Hickock and Calamity Jane. Beyond seeing their graves, I would recommend visiting just because it's an awfully pretty spot surrounded by aspens and ponderosa pines.

Mt. Moriah Cemetery is not the original cemetery where Calamity Jane and Wild Bill Hickok were buried; that was further down the hill. As the city expanded, they had to move the cemetery. Even then, it's worth a visit.
