Museo Nacional de Antropología

av. Paseo de la Reforma y Calzada Gandhi, Mexico City, Mexico
4.5
43 reviews

One of the most well curated and well laid out museums I have ever seen. Come on the early side and prepare to spend AT LEAST 3-4 hours here. There is certainly enough to see. This museum plus a nice leisurely stroll through Chapultepec Park is a perfect Mexico City day.

I like the W chain, so I am perhaps a bit biased, but I really liked my stay here. The decor was chic and super modern, with cool lighting and a great lobby area. The rooms were big, stylish, and very comfortable. The neighborhood is central and really nice, with tree lined streets. I would definitely stay here again!

The staff at The St. Regis kept us waiting 20 minutes before showing us the rooms, but the hotel was worth the wait. It's stylishly stunning, with shiny wood-grain-pattern tiled floors, streaked teal accent walls and tasteful Mexican art. Sure, the rooms come with things like refrigerators, fruit, mini bars, safes, robes, hair dryers, DVD players and a flat-screen TV ...

Formerly the Hotel Nikko Mexico, the Hyatt Regency Mexico City retains some of the previous hotel's Japanese flavor, with a pagoda statue at the entrance and two Japanese restaurants. It’s one of a row of large business-class chain hotels in the posh Polanco neighborhood, and the rooms are fairly standard, with desks, coffee makers, safes, hair dryers, irons, robes and ...

A lobby fountain sends the sound of running water through the air-conditioned halls, while a clean, fresh scent fills the hotel. Right in the heart of the posh Polanco neighborhood, Las Alcobas (The Alcoves) represents a calm oasis amid plenty of hustle and bustle. All of its 35 rooms have views of Avenida Presidente Masaryk, Polanca’s main thoroughfare, with thick ...

Stuck in a row of towering monolithic hotels, this Marriott manages to feel much smaller than it is. The lobby, a warm, comfortable affair that includes an English-style library that will have you reaching for your snifter, has something to do with that. The employees we met were amazingly friendly, including one who actually declined a tip because she said ...

The Marquis Reforma hotel greets guests with an impressive water-sculpture lobby opening into a bar and a chic Japanese restaurant called Nicksan. This hotel is attractive and has a great location near Mexico City's zócalo, or main square. One of the first things you'll notice is the stained-glass ceiling over the central atrium. I can't pretend I understand the naming strategy used by the Room Mate hotel chain -- there's something slightly tawdry about the name Room Mate Valentina -- but this place in the heart of the rocking Zona Rosa is just about as hip as it gets. Splashes of color adorn the otherwise white decor of the lobby and minimalist-chic rooms, ...

The 100-year-old building that houses Hotel Brick boasts a colorful history. The swanky, pet-friendly hotel includes 17 rooms, three of which are ...
