I'm a local who is sick and tired of this place. The service here is HORRIBLE and on top, they don't care.
I called in my order at 10:15am and was told that the fish needed an hour, so I waited the hour and then went to go pick up my food. When I got to the pick up window, the bright skin fellow was very confused as to what everyone's order was, this was after telling him a few times. Now its about 11:45am and still no order. Finally, he comes out to say that "he doesn't know who took our order but no fish ready and it's going to be another half an hour". I then went inside to go see if I could find the lady who took my order, and none of them wanted to claim responsibility. At this point, I was fed up and left, and the half-sized owner was right behind me on my way out carrying food orders. He hand delivers the order to I'm guessing is his friend in the Mercedes with curbside service and then goes on to say "I don't know who order this was but I bring it for ya'll".
This is the 3rd straight time that I've had a similar issue with them, and I officially will never visit this establishment again. And it's a shame because the food is tasty but it's not worth the feeling of utter rage I always seem to leave with.

This is a local favorite for traditional Bahamian fare. We went there looking for a home cooked breakfast of Stewed Fish and Johnny Cake Bread. Boy did this place deliver! It was SO good that I didn't want to finish eating it because I was savoring every bite. My fish was light and crispy yet it was covered it a delicious gravy (I don't know how they manage to do this). Portions were big, service was fast.
This place isn't touristy or fancy at all, but if you're looking for authentic Bahamian food, this is a sure bet.
