OK, this is not my favorite museum. Best to go when they are having a special demonstration. But I do like the food! While they have your standard cafeteria fare, they also feature foods eaten by native peoples of this Hemisphere. Get your children to try the fry bread!

Rasika is amazing. The food is incredible, and it's regularly in the top 10 of Washingtonian's best restaurants, yet it is affordable for mere mortals - you'll probably spend about $20 on dinner here if you're not getting drinks. The vegetarian dishes are only $12! I LOVE the paneer makhani - last time, it wasn't on the menu, but they ...

Burgers made to order, fresh fries, and a top notch menu of real shakes. If that is what you are hankering for, it is one of the best places you will find. Close to Capitol Building and Library of Congress. Don't be afraid of a long line, as it moves pretty quick. It is fairly popular, so have someone look ...

This location gets a plus for having 2 gift shops. If 1 is super crowded just make your way through the restaurant to the 2nd one that's not right off the street. There is also a 2nd story where you don't feel completely cut off from the rest of the place as you can look down into the bar. It's ...

Half of the Portuguese chicken's magic lays in it's delicious spicy sauce and the other half lays in the tenderness and juiciness of the chicken. Nandos' got the first part right - the sauce is of a thick and creamy consistency, delicious variety of seasoning and spices all got their fair place, and the extra hot certainly did not disappoint. ...

Spanish chef José Andrés is renowned for his dedication to learning other cultures’ cuisines. As he noted earlier in 2013: “It was the galleon ships of Spain’s King Philip II that connected these two worlds hundreds of years ago. Those Spanish ships allowed for an exchange of foods, dishes, stories, and traditions.” He spent time in Mexico before opening Oyamel ...

Went to a different location in the Metro area, but still really good, old-fashioned burgers and fries. Be aware though of the massive amounts of unshelled peanuts they have for customers. Definitely not for those with peanut allergies!

Dinner was great. We shared the guacamole and had drinks to start - enjoyed the white wine Rosa sangria. I had the shrimp brochettes for dinner and the shrimp were so plump and delicious. A friend had the red snapper, which I might order next time, and the mixed grill, which looked perfect for a meat lover. For dessert I ...

I would definitely go back. This is fusion cuisine as it should be. It's Latin-Asian. My friends and I came here for trivia a few Mondays ago. The format of the trivia is the Brainstormer one, and the 'quiz mistress' is pretty good and easy to hear.
