Very Good! - 82% of guests recommend

Extremely comfortable, relaxing stay here: this location is everything you'd expect from a Marriott and more. Our room had an enormous, impossibly comfortable bed, and still room for a desk, chairs, table, and when we ordered room service, the meal cart (complete with a flower for added touch). We were able to see three days worth of Amsterdam within walking ...

This hotel is definitely not for everyone. I liked the cruise ship feel and high design. I especially loved the view of the airport taxiways from my room. I would only add that I was a bit disappointed that the Vitra furniture was aesthetically pleasing but functionaldiss effective. The door to the washbasin cabinet screeched something fierce and the sliding ...

Did anyone else notice someone used the "Flying Pig" Food Truck Brick and Mortar image for the business photo? Look for the pig in an aviator hat down one of the streets with the word hostel nearby. The place is central and filled with rambunctious whippersnappers. Please let me be the first to use the word whippersnapper on gogobot.

Hotel Des Indes, a Luxury Collection Hotel

Hotel Des Indes, a Luxury Collection Hotel

    Hotel Class:

This is a historical hotel that's been the temporary homes of royalty, movie stars, rock bands and basically anyone famous that has come to The Hague. Their rooms reminds me of a page out of a Grace Kelly movie. Everything is chrome and 1920s design. The bed has a beautiful canopy and you can sit on the window sill listening ...

Brought to you by the same owners of the Mamilla in Jerusalem - which has raised the bar on design in the city - this 129-room hotel is set in a former music conservatory and before that a bank. This is high Dutch Gothic at its best, though Italian interior designer Piero Lissoni has done a simply terrific job of ...

We got a 3 star room for 5 nights. Location was great for the price, 10 mins bike/tram to both sides of the main area. The rooms were clean and unique. We recommend switching rooms to enjoy different designs. The reception has all the information and tickets needed for the city.

    NH Grand Hotel Krasnapolsky

    Hotel Class:
    4
    6 reviews
Good! - 79% of guests recommend

The Krasnapolsky is both convenient and luxurious, but perhaps most memorable for its exquisite dining. The breakfast room, known as the Winter Garden, not only offers a fantastic spread, but is itself a feast for your eyes. It is apparently an Amsterdam landmark, dating back to 1885. The skylight allows the wide, spacious room to be bright and airy (regardless ...

    Radisson Blu Hotel, Amsterdam

    Hotel Class:
    4

Excellent! - 85% of guests recommend

The Radisson Blu in Amsterdam is located most conveniently: within walking distance of the center, yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle. It was also a surprise to walk into a large atrium, from which you access the reception, bar, restaurant and events rooms. The wide open space was definitely a nice change from the reduced sizes of Amsterdam. ...

    Hotel Class:

Very Good! - 80% of guests recommend

Already from the outside, you get a sense of history from the building that houses The College Hotel. Built in the late 19th century, for many years the building served as a school for higher studies. Although the red brickwork and architecture are imposing and perhaps seen as austere from the outside – this was after all a ‘no nonsense’ ...

Although it is not located in the center of the city, the hotel Arena more than makes up for this minor detail with their wonderful accommodations. Besides, one can hardly complain with the lovely Westerpark and the Troppenmuseum as neighbours. The hotel Arena building itself is large and grand, and pretty hard to miss from the outside. On the inside ...

Very nice rooms and public spaces and right on the water...but I don't recommend the location. It's a bit distant from the interesting bits of Amsterdam. I attended a conference there and it was great for that purpose.

The first time I stayed here was with my grandmother over two decades ago. The next was a few years later when I staggered in after a little too much celebrating one New Year's eve and the best suite in the house was the only room left. Both stays were very memorable for quite different reasons, but one memory I'll ...
