I have been to Niagara Falls more times than I can count and it never gets old. There are so many things to do-- Maid of the Mist, Cave of the Winds, Goat Island, gift shops, restaurants, walking paths, American side, Canadian side, casinos, and so much more. The American side is a bit... dirty and old (but improving), while the Canadian side is vibrant and full of attractions. However, both sides have their high points. The American side provides an up-close and personal interaction with the falls. Some lookout points place you mere feet from the falls-- a real rush! The Canadian side provides beautiful views of the falls. You have a spectacular view of both the American Falls and the Rainbow Falls-- perfect photo opportunity!

I think the Niagara Falls on the side of Canada has better scenery than that in the US portion. Was able to visit this twice with my late parents and it was simply awesome. Wish I can return again.

I always advise anyone between 18 and 21 to go to Niagara Falls. The drinking age in Canada is 19 and you can go into the casinos. The Falls themselves are definitely worth seeing and there are many quirky but fun tourist traps and a Guinness Museum.

The town of Niagara Falls definitely is kitchy--wax museums are prominent fixtures--but the falls themselves and the surrounding parks/area are spectacular. There is so much to do--from taking a boat ride near the falls, visiting 18th century forts, and stopping at the butterfly conservatory to wandering through the botanical gardens, wine tasting and catching a show at the Shaw Festival. Truly a vibrant part of the world.

Another favorite place in my travelogue. The falls are such a majestic site, and the changing colors at night are spellbinding. Many couples, myself included, choose to hold their weddings overlooking the Bridal Veil falls at dusk, as the sun sets and the falls turn to colors of the rainbow. ❤

It has become very touristy since I was a kid. It's almost a smaller Vegas wannabe, but with friendly Canadians. It seemed to have lots to do at night, but I was with my daughters and didn't visit any casinos. We had a great visit.

Niagara Falls is a natural wonder. It is magical and magnificent! The views are nothing short of breathtaking. Water travels 50mph over the falls. If you are lucky you can catch a rainbow shinning over the falls.

A definite must-see! The view of the falls is majestic and humbling. Seeing the power of nature create this for millions of years... If you are the adventurous type like me, you'd need to get the adventure pass to experience the following: Journey Behind the Falls, Niagara's Fury, Maid of the Mist, and White Water Walk. We also did the Whirlpool Aero Car (used to be part of the pass 13 years ago) that was bought separately. For the nature-loving folks, the attractions north of the falls are also worth seeing. We went to the Butterfly Conservatory, where you'll have a huge variety of butterflies flying around you and landing on you (if you're lucky!) I would like to come back in the summer to do the JetBoat and Jet Ski rides from Lake Erie to the Whirlpool
