2 Place Rossetti, 06300 Nice, France

There isn't enough time in our stay to try all of the flavors that this glacier has to offer. The amarena and salted caramel were both excellent and the cola sorbet was unique and refreshing. Definitely worth a visit while in Nice.

    Acchiardo (Chez)

38, rue Droite, Nice 06300 France

This family owned and run restaurant is my favorite. Niçois classic food and is a must do on your visit to Nice. Located in the heart of old town with amazing warmth and charm.

    Ma Nolans

2 Rue Saint-François de Paule, 06300 Nice, France
    2 reviews

OMG! I had a blast at this Irish pub! It is seriously a great find. They have trivia nights with drinks, what more could you ask for? The two drinks that were absolutely divine were: Mediterranean Blue and Sex on the Rocks.

    Grand Cafe de Turin

5 Place Garibaldi, Nice 06300 France
    3 reviews

Fresh seafood straight from the ocean. They keep the goods on display on ice. People will stroll through and gawk. Grab the maitre d for a seat and order a sampler. You will not be disappointed. The prices are steep for high-end oysters and other items, which is to be expected in Nice.

    Casa Mia

4 Rue Pontin, 06300 Nice, France
    2 reviews

While firmly French, Nice is actually just a few miles from northern Italy, and places like Casa Mia betray its secret, with an authentic Italian menu and, for the real afficionado, cooking classes.

    La Favola

    13 Cours Saleya, Nice, France
    2 reviews

Good food, huge portions. Two or three people can easily split just one entry. Be careful what you order or you will waste a lot of food.

    Les Dents de la Mer

2 Rue Saint-François de Paule, 06300 Nice, France
    1 review

Les Dents de la Mer is a superb fish restaurant near the sea shore in Nice. I have eaten one of my more memorable (in a good way) fish meals here. Bouillabaisse here is really good and really large fish soup and how they served that was really an experience. Definitely recommended.

    Pipo Socca

13, rue Bavastro, Nice 06300 France
    1 review

Best place in Nice for a simple and traditional lunch (or early family dinner). Children will love Socca (ours do..), a thin pancake of chick pea flour, simply delicious. The restaurant is located in a street with lots of fabulous stores (food essentially) and is now very much the new place to be in Nice as the Nicois rediscover the ...

    Restaurant La Villa d'Este

6 Rue Massena, 06000 Nice, France
    1 review

The Ravioli was to die for and the calimari was fantastic! The kids enjoyed their pizza with many kinds of cheeses and the bread. Outside was full but we sat inside and at 8 it completely filled up.

    Blé d'Azur

20 Rue Marché, 06300 Nice, France
    1 review

Hands-down, *the best* baguettes and croissants in Nice and quite close to the best in France so far. This place is dangerous - if I lacked self-control I might be tempted to jump out of my 4th floor apartment to snag the delicious baked goods the minute that they come out of the ovens. Fortunately burning the calories isn't a ...

I've been wanting to finish my review at Olivieria since I've been back from France. It's way overdue, but here it is!!! I absolutely adore this place! Out of all places, this was the most memorable in all aspects of my taste buds! A MUST if you're in NICE! The owner, Nadiu, spoke English and was super helpful and knowledgeable ...

    Nissa Socca

    7 Rue Sainte-Reparate, 06000 Nice, France
    1 review

This restaurant specializes in Nissa Socca, which is delicious and which you will only find in NIce. The description of Nissa Socca always makes it sound less than thrilling--(chickpea based/semi-fried treat)-- but I promise it's delicious.

    Oui, Gelato

Little gelato/dessert shop in the square near the Palais de Justice in Nice. We went there on our honeymoon two years ago and while we were walking around Nice over the weekend I remembered exactly where this little gem was. The hazelnut gelato is silky smooth and tastes great. So happy I went back...twice.

    Le Quai

This a nice restaurant in Nice old town. The price and the quality is very good and the location across from the flower market is great. It was our last night in Nice and this was a good send-off place to have our last meal in France.

    Gelateria Garibaldi

A small cozy gelato and dessert shop along Ave de la Republique. They offer a nice selection of fresh flavors. It is a refreshing treat for a hot summer Nice day.

    Restaurant Lu Fran Calin

5 Rue Francis Gallo, 06300 Nice, France
    1 review

Restaurant Lu Fran Calin is one of those restaurants busy with locals even as the tourist seems comes to end. The cooking of chef Daniel Silvetti is local Nicoise. Try their Degustation Plate that can be shared by two for a starter.
