Mountains across the way! I highly recommend this, if you're braves, schedule a paragliding trip! Once up there, you can walk around the mountain to the other side to see a view of the French Alps! The round-trip fee is no more than 10 euros.

Hey Nina! You could drive to Nyon and walk around, then take the ferry across the lake to Yvoire! It's maybe a 30 minute ride on a beautiful swiss boat across the lake. It drops you off right in the medieval town of Yvoire and you could spend a few hours there and then ride the boat back!
