Nobu is quite simply amazing. I kept wondering before my first visit what would make the sushi here so much better than other top notch places I have visited around the world. I still don't have the answer to that question, but I can tell you that it lives up to the hype. The kobe beef that you cook on a hot stone is delicious, and the specials were also unique and worth mentioning. I don't think you can go wrong on this menu, and I recommend sitting at the sushi bar if you get a chance.

Terrific meal! They have both set menus and entrees you can choose from. We simply had the waiter make recommendations all io which blew us away. Miso fish is a must! The sushi was just alright that night I think our selections weren't the bestRecommended for:

Nobu is probably the world's most recognized Japanese restaurant (even though there are others in NYC that are of even higher caliber), and it's bound to be a safe choice whether it's in this location, Malibu, or Manhattan, if you want fresh nigiri. Most of their nigiri (sit at the bar for a fun experience) is based off market price. Their "Nobu Salads" as well as other specialty dishes are available on their menu regularly. The monkfish liver with caviar is one of their specialties.

Very pricey even for sushi (Vegas Premium). But you do get very quality sushi, I would say its the best on the strip; although you come here for the not so traditional sushi. If you are craving sushi, I would recommend this place; make sure you get a reservation though.
